Worf Vs Teal'c Vs Ka Dargo Vs Chewbacca

So here we have a grudge match between warrior races to earn bragging rights. For this scenario, the combatants are aware of each others skills, abilities and tendencies (they are all fighters, after all!).

Given that, who would win the match?

What type of weaponry are they using? Melee only?

    LOLz

I did NOT expect this one to be made, much less with the images I provided. I don’t think there will be too many pilers familiar with these four, but they are all pretty uber in their own right.

They all hail from warrior societies in their respective universes. Each one of these individuals has gained considerable renown with their people due to their fighting skill and revolutionary actions.

There is very little introduction needed for the Lt. Commander of the United Federation of Planets (Star Trek), Worf, son of Mogh. With one of his Klingon Trophy weapon in hand, the Bat’leth, Worf is at a distinct disadvantage in the battle as all other oponents have ranged weapons. Don’t get me wrong, the man is epic, but he is squaring off against equally imposing and skilled oponents.

Former First Prime of the Goa’uld System Lord, Apophis, Teal’c has gained an impossing status amongst his people as both a savior and a traitor. As a member of SG-1 (Stargate), he was at the forefront of freeing his Jaffa brethren from the physical and mental slavery by the false gods. He also pwns most everybody else in combat, even enhanced beings such as the actual Goa’uld. His favored Goa’uld Staff Weapon is devastating at range, and Teal’c is quite formidable with it in close combat.

    Like I said, epic.

Then we have the Luxan, Ka D’argo. A man that was so fierce that he had to have chains surgically implanted onto his collar bones to keep him properly restrained while he was incarcerated by the Peacekeepers (Farscape). Not only is his Qualta Blade/Qualta Rifle uber, but he is the only fighter that has an alternate physical attack with his lashing tongue that has a paralizing adaptive venom, making him the most dangerous oponent out of the four aliens in this fight.

And lastly we have the most famos of the four. Chewbacca has been legendary for many decades in our history, but he roamed the SW galaxy for many decades before then. The Wookie is arguably the strongest of the four, this is in no small part due to Solo’s warning about Chewie’s ability to rip a man’s arms from their sockets if angered. While his strength makes him formidable, he still lacks a close combat weapon. However, his powerful Bowcaster is capable of keeping all other at range regardless.

Because I didnt think it would be put up, I neglected to make specific mention of their weapons and scenario, but you can see them clearly in their pics above. I for one favor Teal’c, but D’Argo has a nasti tongue attack in addition to his epic weapon. My bet is on one of those two, but I am undecided as to who will come out on top.

    Decades? Try centuries.

Chewbacca was two hundred years old as of his premature death, he was the Wookie equivalent of a young adult. Also his eight inch razor sharp claws somewhat make up for his lack of close combat weapons.

Well, I was hoping the phrase “many decades” would be ambiguous enough to convey his long life.

Teal’c himself is around 140ish years old. I don’t think age matters much in this particular fight.

This fight could also be looked at -who is the better sci-fi sidekick-!?

    Worf – Cpt, Piccard
    Teal’c – Col. Jack O’Neil
    D’Argo – John Crichton
    Chewie – Han Solo

I’m leaning towars Teal’c here. Being a Stargate fan, I know how badass he can be in close combat. The only person I know that could give Teal’c a run for his money in close comat from the Stargate universe i probably Ronan from Stargate: Atlantis.

We were left hanging severely in the final Atlantis season when they faced off (forgot the name of the episode):

Ka Dargo is deadly with his quarter blade which is both a sword and a blaster rifle however the first wound he recives would turn his blood black and toxic to him he would have to beat the wound till it ran clear unless the toxins in his blood incapasitated him first so he would not be my first bet

Cewbacca has his bowcaster and is probably the strongest of the group and is capable of ripping arms from their sockets but just going from what I have seen the skill seems to belong to the other combatants

Warf and Teal’c seem to me the favorites in the match

I lean more towards Teal’c because the staff weapon like the quarter blade is both mele and ranged fire weapon that and the snake in his stomach would help heal him and keep him going

Warf would be the most likley to match Teal’c in cqb with the batleth for ranged combat he would be able to vaporise people with the phaser or a disruptor however he would have to switch weapons between ranged and close combat and the time spent swapping weapons in this battle could be the difference between life and death

Chewie does have alot of experiences being (as L-W said) around 200 years old….till the yuzhong vong dropped a moon on him…..

I will probably wait for more info till i decide, but the fan boy in me wants to hail Chewie as the winner….must control fanaticism….

My vote’s for Teal’c. Chewie may be Stronger, but few can mach Teal’cs endurance. He has a tremendous pain threshold and even amputating one of his arms probably wouldn’t be enough to stop him completely. Not to mention, his Staff weapon does a similar amount of damage to a Star Wars Blaster with a direct hit, and he defiantly knows how to use that sucker.

A question needs to be asked though, is he at his prime or later in the series? At his strongest he had armor plating that even .50 Caliber machine guns couldn’t pierce (In fact, he simply walked through the bullets as if nothing happened). His Symbiote healed him from injuries that would call any other mamilian, but also gave him a weakness. Later on, he no longer uses the Jaffa armor and he no longer has the symbiote. So which version should we use?

I believe that Teal’c has the ability to adapt to situations better than that of his foes in this battle…so that should give him a very distinct advantage.

“A question needs to be asked though, is he at his prime or later in the series?”

That will be a bit harder to establish. I would say that he is at the “latest” stage. This Teal’c fought Ronan with no obvious disadvantages despite no longer having a simbiote in his gut.

Quite a formidable oponent still, even without the Goa’uld or the Jaffa armor.

    Lumpy?

I like Worf and Chewbacca in this. But I don’t know much about the others.

@ Battra boy – Teal’c would own the arse off of Ronan! Ronan is pretty big and can fight, but he got his arse absolutely handed to him by that big wraith bloke at some point (i have no idea what episode). Teal’c too would have lost that one in terms of hand to hand fighting, because lets face it the Wraith are badass, but he would have had a better go at it. Teal’c has single handedly taken out Goa’uld encampments, suffering only minor injuries or none at all. He’s fucking awesome.

    Teal’c FTW in this one.
