I can tell you that I don’t know much about either contestant for this match other than I know Wonder Woman has an invisible jet. I don’t think that helps much here, so I’ll leave it up to you, dear reader, to determine the winner of this match.
Who would win?

The fanboy in me wants to say that She-Hulk can do it, but I don’t think she has what it takes to bring down the amazon. WW should win this.

While this fight would go on for a while I think it’s safe to say Wonder Woman wins, she’s stronger, faster, more skilled at fighting and is better with tactics then She-Hulk. Although I like both characters a lot and would rather see them team up as I think they would make a really good team.

She (Wonder Woman) has been trained since infancy in the 3000 year old Amazon legacy of armed and unarmed combat
Her bracelets (though technically vambraces, they have only been referred to as such by Batman) were formed from the remnants of Zeus’ legendary shield, the Aegis, at the request of Athena to be awarded to her champion. These forearm guards have thus far proved indestructible, and can absorb the impact of incoming attacks, such as deflecting automatic weapons or energy blasts.[29]
“Diana can also slam the bracelets together to create a wave of concussive force capable of making Superman’s ears bleed.
The Lasso of Truth, or Lariat of Hestia, was forged by Hephaestus from the golden girdle of Gaea. It is virtually indestructible, although it has been broken on occasion. The Lasso burns with a magical aura called the Fires of Hestia, forcing anyone within the Lasso’s confines to be truthful.
Wonder Woman’s golden tiara has also doubled as a dagger and a throwing weapon, returning to her like a boomerang. It is sharp enough to cut even Superman.”
– wikipedia article “Wonder Woman”
Well, she not only has more experience (in terms of training) than She-Hulk, her weapons have been known to hurt superman, and she has enough strength and speed to hold her own with superman in combat (though he might have been holding back, who knows?).

Could some one please explain more of She- Hulks abilities, or training, so I may stop being stuck in the middle of the road. Thanks

Wonder Woman has this one down. I don’t see how she could lose.

She-Hulk was trained by trained by Captain America and Gamora (“The most dangerous woman in the universe”). She also has survived a conflict with The Incredible Hulk, and can toss The Thing around with one arm. She-Hulk is considered on par with strength as Hercules, and has a regenerative power similar to the Hulk.
All that said,
Wonder Woman has an unbreakable (mostly) lasso.
If she tied She-Hulk up with it she would win, unless She-Hulk could somehow tap into her Hulk powers and generate the infinite strength often displayed by the Hulk. Doubtful.
If Wonder Woman played clever and stayed defensive she would beat the often cocky She-Hulk.
If the fight continued for too long however She-Hulk would be the inevitable victor due to healing factor.
But yeah, Wonder Woman would win.

I am leaning towards the amazon princess, due to her training, strength, and magic tools from the gods.

I have to go with WW.
Speed kills. Mach 25 speed(orbital velocity) kills hard. Similarly to Superman vs. Hulk, the barrage will destroy SH before her healing factor can keep her alive, and the fact that she doesn’t gain strength over time would be her downfall. Her strength, I believe, is only a little above the base strength of the Hulk(without anger factored in), above 100 tons but not gigantic. WW’s strength is nearly on par with the planet-moving power of Superman.
Add to that, WW also has a healing factor. There goes SH’s biggest edge.
