I highly doubt the balance of power in the galaxy would be affected. It would be like the Imperium gaining 3 medium level psykers with some different abilities. Nothing much would change.

nice matchup. I would say its a tough battle.. But I would say Varder could beat Dooku. and I would see them tag teaming it up on Saruman to defeat him and then Varder could take out Dooku.

    Winner: Darth Varder

Saruman – High level Psyker… and thats about it. Might eventually fall to Tzeentch in his quest for power and to improve his magical abilties above that of Gandalf. All in all though, not thta much of an impact is likely. His knowledge of tech would be laughable in the context.

“I have created this machine, able to hurl rocks great distances”
“Uhuh…And why not just use the Battlecannon. able to hurl exploding shells a greater distance, more accurately and with more impact?”
“…I also have this Palantir, able to contact other palantirs across great distances”
“…So, a commlink then, but less useful?”

Darth Vader – Mid to high level psyker, if we presume the force is a psyker abilty. basically though he’d just be a relatively powerful Librarian. His willpower against temptation seems quite low, and again tzeentch seems the most likely to prey on that weakness.

Count Dooku – I know little about him, so I’ll let someone else ponder his effectiveness

Saruman is technically immortal. He would keep coming back to annoy everyone.

I’d have to stop putting off buying some 40k.

This is a what if scenario, not group combat. He said “what if they joined the imperium” as in the Imperium of Man from Warhammer 40000. Varder lol.

Saruman descended from the heavens as an Istari, he has the power to stand against Sauron himself. As seen with Gandalf (who was a lesser wizard) he can resurrect himself (or is saved by the Malar). He could do battle with many 40k characters and triumph.
While Dooku really isn’t much, Vader could do an immense amount of damage and would be a great enforcer for the Imperium.

Well, Darth vader is pretty much a lesser version of marneus calgar, being rebuilt and all.

I don’t know, in a civilization numbering in the ball park of 500 trillion, I don’t think these three would make much difference, except for Saruman maybe, I could see him as some sort of adviser to the god emperor.

He was saved. He did not ressurrect himself.

“Vader could do an immense amount of damage and would be a great enforcer for the Imperium.”

Maybe. He still wouldn’t be considered a high level Psyker though. Again, it wouldn’t change much for the Imperium.

I don’t think he would go that far up. He would probably serve in the Inqusition.

Gandalf was returned to his mortal body, his spirit would have lived on either way. And is Saruman was still able to contact Sauron he would have one VERY powerful advisor.

No major change would occur. In the end they would all fall or join the traitorous legions of Chaos.

A promising force commanders these 3 will be! Perhaps Dooku could aid in the Cadian sector, while Vader could be included in the Ordo Xenos to stop the insurrection of the Tyranids & Dark Eldar. And as for Saruman, well guys, you were right, he could be an adviser to the God Emperor….Or he could be included in the Ordo Malleus to annihilate heretics…. Among those 3, only one is a Maiar…..but still, The Power of the Dark Side of the force shall not be underestimated….As for Saruman, his Palantir could be of great advantage in planning a Codex

All three would be martyrs for the Golden Throne, part of the Emperors daily diet of Psyker sacrifice.

Dark Vader and Dooku would become crapy IG officers. Nothing special here.

True, he would be burned alive as a Heretic.

how is he a heretic? he’s not evil enough to be chaos marine or strong enough to be a space marine so he would be a Imperial guard psyker so would vader they have the same powers so they would both go topsyker school

No real impact at all. Saruman’s powers are, like the rest of LOTR, not purely destructive, and he’s too weak to make a dent in any other way too.

Vader and Dooku are weak Grey Knights unfit for GK work, and wouldn’t have too much to offer apart from being a help in mose close combats.

Still, all of them have “fallen” to another power before. They would be Tzeentch food in no time.

i think the first thing on arrival would be dooku and saruman trying to get over the fact they look identical.

Or the fact that they are the same guy, to be exact. Scary stuff.

do you think they will do the whole human mirror bit, where one raises his hand whilst the other does the same, and this would be freaking vader out, until he cant stand it any more and lops one of their heads off.

Yeah, that would be awesum. Or instead, he attacks, and they counter attack at the same time. Vader hits and takes out both, while both of them land a blow in his face. Epic.
