It’s the age old classic fight from Mortal Kombat. While I was god enough to know a few finishing moves with Sub-Zero, I was always better as Scorpion – and that’s who I’m taking for this fight.

Another classic MK vs Street Fighter match. I’ve never been a fan of Cammy, so for no other reason than that, I am taking Sonya FTW.

Well who could see this one coming, eh? I think this battle breaks down a few different ways. If you want to base it on arcade success, I think Street Fighter wins the match. If you want to decide based on the overall success of the franchise, I think Mk takes the battle. But, if you are matching all the characters against each other in a brawl-style fight, I think Soul Calibur has the most powerful universe.

So, given all that, which franchise will win this fight?

Another FactPile first – Our very own Diana goes up against Taki and Kitana of Soul Calibur and Mortal Kombat.

Since the other post covered many topics, pick one that you want to apply this match-up to in determining the winner.

And be respectful when mentioning Diana since she had the balls to subject herself to this fight. Failure to do so will get you a painful Admin Banhammer…

I can honestly say that I played Kitana more often than Taki, so based on that alone, I’d give the match to the Mortal Kombat side. Am I missing something that would make Taki the winner of the match?

This is easily the biggest battle of ninjas on FactPile so far. With these common enemies now working to help each other, which team do you think would win?

What looks like a good match on paper probably doesn’t hold up well unless some handicaps were applied. A straight up-all-powers match easily favors the Sith. If you wanted to engage in physical combat, the victory would be for Raiden. Try as I might, I just don’t see any way that Raiden can win this fight.

Well, here comes a fun match to see that could come to pass if Marvel gets jealous with the Mortal-Kombat-DC crossover game. Regardless, I don’t think the ninja has much of a chance in this fight…

Methinks this could make for a great crossover game, don’t ya think? Anyways, I know Tsung is really powerful, but Nightmare just brings way too much power for the sorcerer to win.
