Here we have War from Darksiders making his FactPile debut against Kratos in what is certainly no easy match for either combatant.

While I think War would be able to dish out some major blows, Kratos is just too much for him to handle.

Kratos wins this match in 3 rounds. What say you?

Making his debut on FactPile is Dante Alighieri from Dante’s Inferno. Unfortunately for him, he’ll be facing Kratos and will be facing the very tough task of taking him down.

While I think the match might last for a few rounds, Kratos just has too much intensity and would ultimately overwhelm Dante in a few rounds.

Making his debut on FactPile is Malus Darkblade from Warhammer. While I think most would think that Kratos would quickly dispose of him, I think Darkblade would provide a great challenge for the God of War. Sure, he’s used to taking down epic-sized creatures, but with the agility that Malus has, I think he’d be able to get in some good hits and might even take down the mighty Kratos.

Here’s an interesting twist to the Group Combat idea. For this match, it’s these particular players defending their respective representation – Kharn for Tabletop Gaming, Darth Vader for Movies and Juggernaut for Comics. On the other side, it’s Kratos for PS3, Master Chief for Xbox, and Mario for Nintendo.

Which side wins bragging rights?

While they teamed up for a match against Link and Cloud, here they are facing each other. I have to admit that I know much more about Kratos, so I would lean towards him to pick a winner, but I know Dante can pack a punch.

Who would win?

If each were starting from the beginning of the other’s adventure and gaining the other’s acquired weapons and items…
How would they fare?
What would be different?
How would they fair with their own weapons?
How would Ganondorf react to Kratos?
Could Link handle the guys Kratos has had to take down?

As much as I enjoy the Zelda games, and the Link character, in this match it means little. For me, this match will be over in a few minutes as Kratos pummels Link while Cloud and Dante dance around. Then once Link is vanquished, the double team will be too much for Cloud.

Epic.

This would make for one entertaining match. The amount of carnage that these two would inflict on each other would be tremendous. And it would take a while, but I think in the end Kharn would win…

When this idea was first suggested, the first thing I thought of was how funny it would be to watch characters respawn as they get pummeled by the opposing forces. There are soo many entertaining ways for all these characters to eliminate the others that I might just pay to watch that, no matter the outcome.

For this match, it’s Capture the Flag assault style – both teams are on offense and defense at the same time. First team to capture 3 flags win. Battleground – New York City. Team 1’s Flag is on top of the Empire State Building. Team 2’s flag is on top of the torch on the Statue of Liberty.

Rules: The flag locations cannot be destroyed or damaged in any way – if the opposing team even scratches the location, they automatically lose (gotta make this somewhat strategical). Citizens are not protected.
