It’s been a while since Sephiroth of Final Fantasy made an appearance, and who better to match up against him than Aang from The Avatar/The Last Airbender series.

I’m pretty sure that the only way Aang would be able to win was to enter into the Avatar state. Even with his mastery of all his bending skills, Sephiroth is a potent foe.

Making his debut on FactPile is Sanguinius from Warhammer 40K. While *technically* this is a fight categorized in the Sword Fighters section, both are allowed access to all their powers.

I know that most characters from WH40K are exceptionally strong and Sanguinius is certainly no exception. While I think it would be a very long match, in the end, I think Sephiroth would claim victory.

Here we have another double Debut for both contestants. Lavos is from Chrono Trigger, and Sin is from the Final Fantasy franchise.

Lavos has been sleeping on earth for 1 billion years and is at full power.

Another match that I can’t believe hasn’t been posted yet, but here it is, and here we go. I know that Dante has some firepower that could do some damage to Sephiroth, but I just can’t see him being able to pull out a victory in this match.

Well, as much as this would be a fun match to watch for a bit, I think once Alucard got bored, he would end it in a gruesome manner, which might be worth the wait.

Nice match up of two extremely powerful characters. While I think the match would last for a bit of time, in the end, I think Sephiroth pulls out the win.

Nice tag team match. I have to confess to knowing more about the Final Fantasy universe than WoW, so that would make me lean towards Cloud and Sephiroth for the victory, but what can the duo from Warcraft unleash?

And who would win?

The fanboy in me wants to give this to Rahl, but knowing that Cloud lasted for quite some time against Sephiroth, I’m not sure that it would come easily. That being said, I think the War Wizard would be able to conjure up something that would stop Cloud.

Here is a match that would be fun to watch. With both being excellent fighters, in the end it would come down to the powers that each could wield. Because of that, I’d give the victory to Nightmare.
