Another reader request, This time MC goes up against the Man of Steel, Superman. I think this battle has two outcomes – if MC gets some kryptonite, the match is over. If that doesn’t happen, methinks Superman eventually wins this match.
Here’s how they break down:

- Cool Armor
- Decent Vehicles
- Lone Wolf Mentality
- Has shields to re-generate
Superman
- Super speed
- X-ray vision
- Heat vision
- Flight
- Invulnerable
So now it’s a gaming vs comic series again, who wins?

If characters like Goku, Doomsday etc are a match for Superman, I doubt MC can really be compared. A few average punches can take down MC, and Superman is LITERALLY trillions of times stronger. My guess is that MC would explode after one punch.

I’m A big fan of MC, but there is just no way that MC could win against Superman. If he can survive a nuclear explosion or fly through the sun without a scratch then what chance does MC have at beating Superman with the weapons that he has.
And as for the Kryptonite comment left by “the cheerful whale”, it seems to me that there always seems to be another batch of kryponite around every corner in the dc universe. And whenever it does seem run out another batch always seems to magically come right out of nowhere.

I do find it quite humorous that people actually believe MC has a chance. Superman survied going through a sun. So how is covential weapons going to put a dent in him? The only argument people have is if MC uses kryptonite. Sorry to tell you, but the UNSC does not equip its SPARTAN II program with kryptonite.
But, out of mercy for MC, let’s say that Luther decided to give MC a custum kryptonite gun. MC would still have no chance to actually hit a being who moves at or above the speed of light.
The argument that Supes would never kill a person is riducules. Of course, Supes has the history of not killing, but the fight is a “fight to the death”. MC is definetly a cool character, but in this fight…well it is better if he forfeits, then getting his head decapated by Supes single punch.
