If you also consider the Battle Network abilities Mega gains, this is really a no-brainer. He actually merges his program with those of others, not only gaining their “weapon” but a whole spectrum of abilities the other program had. Some of those abilities change the environment itself.

I know most about Samus so i’ll argue in her favour, with her most powerful /useful weapons and abilities

Samus’ Annihilator beam contains matter (light) and anti-matter (dark). When used in our dimension (which I assume this fight is in), the two would meet, and release a huge amount of radiation and X-rays. And cause either a condensed or full on nuclear explosion. Thats everyone except maybe Iron Man gone.

The power bomb is simply capable of producing a huge explosion shock-wave, which Samus’ armour alone can withstand. Thats most injured or damaged at the very least.

The screw attack turns her into whirling ball of energy, capable of unlimited time in the air: a kind of ‘flight.’ It is most often seen as a one hit kill attack, as it can slice through almost any enemies.

The speed booster enables supersonic running. This enables her to run through most solid walls. A shinespark jump whilst using the speed booster is even faster than supersonic, and reaches huge heights.

Hyper mode turns Samus completely invincible and makes her attacks hugely powerful. She is safe in this mode for 27 seconds, any longer and she will become overloaded and have to pump the Phazon out of her system (although she does this by rapid fire of her Phazon beam). When ‘maxed out’ by Phazon, Samus ascends to a higher state, capable of at least limited flight, and the destruction of giant Planet feeding parasites with little effort.

Morph ball mode turns Samus into a small ball of energy, encased within a spherical version of her suit. As a form of energy, she is no longer prone to attacks that work on the basis of human biology.

Not saying she’d win, but these weapons would come in handy. Personally, I think Iron Man might have the advantage.

If Samus downloads all of Megaman’s data, now THAT would be a lot.

Samus’ suit was made by the Chozo to be modular. It’s compatible with Luminoth, Federation, Alimbic, and Space Pirate technology, so why not Megaman’s? I say she could get Megaman”s data, but only if she defeated him first. And Megaman could get Samus’ weapons if he defeated her.

And just to prove the above claim, I present evidence: In Prime 1, the thermal visor is stolen from the Space Pirates. The annihilator beam of Prime 2 is a Luminoth creation. From Prime: Hunters, we have 7 different weapons from 7 different hunters, and Samus takes all of them without trouble. Then in Metroid Fusion, the Federation gives Samus “downloadable weapons data” that takes the form of missiles and (power) bombs because they aren’t very good at beam weapons yet.

The Chozo suit is built for exploration and adaptation. It can absorb just about anything for use as a weapon or tool. I say Samus walks away from this fight.

I know all that (if I was a ‘fanboy’ of anything, I’d be Metroid lol,) but I just meant that Megaman is from a completely different universe so they may be harder for her, and seeing as it says “Phazon suit, all beams, all rockets (ice and diffusion), all bombs, all misc” I don’t know whether it’s fair to take other weapons. But fair enough I see your point, she also took weapons from the hunters in Prime 3 (such as the nova beam and ice missiles).

Oh i meant the plasma beam sorry. To be honest I know more about Super Metroid Which, now that I think about it, had probably one of the best weapons that was taken from someone/something else: the hyper beam!! Samus gets that from Super Metroid/Mother Brain energy and is somehow able to turn it into an awesome beam So maybe Megaman’s wouldn’t be a problem…

How about we have a Megaman vs. Samus? Whoever wins that wins this one.

Okay, has anyone played ANY of the megaman games? with all his gear, including the gear from the alternate dimension where he’s a robot, He’s a regular juggernaurt!!!! HELL KILL EVRYONE!!!!!!! i hate megaman, but gawd!!!!

The Ryno isn’t all that great since it still has a kill range. Samus, Megaman, and Iron Man are far too fast to get stuck in that kill range without being able to take Ratchet out much, much earlier in the fight with a significantly more powerful weapon.

Since it is ALL of Megaman’s games, and because I refuse to use Composite characters, I will go with the Megaman pictured: Megaman X.

Megaman X uses one of the helmet upgrades from MMX 4 and the Dark Hold time stopping weapon from MMX 5. Megaman X has now stopped time for however long he wants. Now he goes up to each person and one by one blows their head off with his buster. Iron Man and Samus take a few shots, but X has litterally all the time in the world, so they too eventually fall.

X wins via unlimited time stopping hax.

On a related note, on the GaiaOnline videogame forum, Megaman X is considered one of the most powerful videogame characters ever created because of this very scenario.

I strongly disagree. X permanently stops time and thus Ratchet cannot pull the trigger. WHERE IS YOUR RYNO NOW?! Also Ratchet hasn’t shown the capacity to aim relaiably at Mach 1+ speedsters like Samus and Iron Man. Even with the Rynocinerator’s huge area of effect, they could out run the blast. Not to mention the fact that if either of them did so much as to merely touch Ratchet at those speeds he will probably receive several broken bones or just explode.

Seeing as it takes less than a second for Samus to fire off her hyperbeam, Ratchet will be destroyed almost instantaneously after spawning.

See what I did there?

It takes a fraction that much time for a hyper advanced android to activate a total time stop and prevent everybody else from doing jack and shit. Even the best RYNO weapon, the Rynocinerator, had a major delay before turning enemies into ash.

And you are assuming everybody starts standing in front of Ratchets gun, which does have a wide speard effect, and within its maximum range, which isn’t actually so great.

If there is one person on this battlefield that is going to be able to think about preforming an action before the rest it is going to be Megaman as he is the one that has a highly advanced CPU which is more accurate and faster than a human brain can respond. Stark and Samus come in next by being able to be congnizant at greater than Mach 1 speeds, which means their action/reaction time is significantly higher a normal being. John comes in second to last as he has augmented reaction time and sees everything in slow mo. Finally we have Ratchet who has no great feats to his name concerning how fast he thinks; for all intents are purposes he is equal to a baseline human’s brain thought and reaction speed, which is considerably slower than even John’s boosted speed, which is slower than Stark and Aran’s speed, which is slower than the CPU of X.

Additionally X got an upgrade in MMX Command Mission that allowed him to act first in a turn based RPG setting. In a real time setting this would probably translate into an action/reaction upgrade that allows him to reduce the time it takes for him to react to a situation. This is further allows X to act before anyone else in this match. Combine this with the infinate Dark Hold, which prevents anyone from every acting again, and X dominates this match from begin to end, which would probably be measured in the 1/1000th of a second range in real time.

Ratchet doesn’t have the speed to keep up, even to just pull the trigger. That doesn’t even include the projectile speed or the slow detonation of the blast, which just gives X even more time to active Dark Hold and lay a fatal beating down on everyone.

Ratchet can’t even try to plead for the 1st Law of Robotics as he isn’t human and as such isn’t covered by that Law. It doesn’t help that X himself isn’t programed with those laws so he doesn’t have to obey them.

Ratchet, as crazy as his weapons are, is going to be the second to die if only because he can take a hit better than John can. He doesn’t have the endurance to survive any attack from Samus, Tony, or X and they all can survive his weapons (Samus tanks the terawatt weapons, Tony is typical comic book style overpowered, and X can tank a satalite laser in base armor [with full gear he can have upto 80% damage reduction]) Ratchet doesn’t have the speed to compare with any of them and as such he is the absolute slowest target in this match, but that doesn’t matter since the only person who is going to be able to move after X stops time is X himself.

Ratchet is outclassed by an overpowered android.
