If captain America can beat him the Im sure as h3ll master chief can.

Master Chief should win as he’s more powerful then Red Skull who is physically peak human as opposed to Master Chief’s superhuman physical abilities.

I think Master Chief is a much better super soldier then Captain America.

If this is just straight combat, I would have to give this….*shudders*…..to the Master Chief. Red Skull was one of the more “maniacal planners/genius” type villians. I know at one point he was able to inhabit a clone of Captain America’s body with all the “perfect human physical abilities” that went along with that. But since it is current incarnation I believe he is now “Currently, in one of the android body engineered by Arnim Zola, with enhanced endurance and resilience.” (wkipedia).

In terms of intellect and strategy, he [Red Skull] out strips Master Chief by a long shot. But since I don’t know any of his android body’s abilities, I am leaning towards the Master Chief….

your initial statement was…if Captain America can do it, so can da chief. I was merely pointing out that,no, each character has his own ability and no, Captain America didn’t have the shield when he faced hulk

according to wiki,one of the Red Skull has access to the super solider serum…the same as Captain America…the same guy who,without his shield,faced the hulk in a fist fight…

A bit superior to captain america. I mean they have been known to lift at least 2 tons and were able to run 34 miles per an hour. Unless Captain America was able to exceed those expectations.
Also may you please give more detail on the fight involving Captain America and the Hulk, that fight must have been epic.

Cpt. A is only a slightly above peak human with a kick-ass shield. MC without armour is already much more powerful than a peak human. Adding a Mark 6 suit that allows him to lift 4-tons (It doubles the strength from the Mark 5) run 30-40 mph, and jump 30-40 ft. straight up. MC could easily at least survive the hulk. Beating him is another story, but definatly survive for a limited time. If all red skull can dois be a peak human a limited amount of time, I’m sure an extremely talented super-soldier from the 26th century that accidentally killed 3 ODSTs in a sparring match at the age of 14, is more than a match.

I think the euent was in the first Avengers movies, in which Hulk just went beserk and took on Ironman, Thor and Captain America

to my knowledge, i don’t know if that movie would count as canon,if not, i withdraw my earlier misguided comments…

it wouldn’t matter what the visor is made of because chief has an energy shield. the visor would only matter AFTER he broke through the shield.

Well unless redskull has any standard issue (stuff he would be assigned to carry on a regualar mission or what he has in a armory) weapons or equipment he can’t really have prep time as Masterchief could have any combination in the unsc arsenal. As an example to whatever “team” redskull is on.Redskull could get the standard weaponry.

You know like the weapons are inventory he usually carries and forget about the team thing. That doesn’t really apply to redskull . What I ment by “team” I meant like an organization or millitary faction, like how mc is part of the unsc and he gets their standard weaponry.

In straight up combat., MC would definetly win, due to superior physical abilities and armor. But, if this was more along the lines of a comic book (you know, evil genius that has a plan, evil henchmen and so on….), Red Skull would have the advantage due to much better intellect (and being half crazed and all). Really depends on the type of duel we are having….

WAIT! Wouldn’t a comic book setting be an unfair feild advantage because you can’t have the main character (in this case RS) die?

And once MC kills Red Skull, he wouldn’t care about RS’s reincarnation. That’s him for you. Sure, he kills guilty spark once, and guilty spark never appears on his life again

I wouldn’t count the Skull out so easily. True he would lose to his pysically superior opponent (Through to Skulls credit he has shown to be highly skilled in hand-to-hand combat), he does have a genius to rival Dr.Doom.

He’s made bio-weapons that manage to kill people mere seconds after exposure. He made a weapon which killed everyone at Mt.Rushmore.

So while he may not have the physique, he just might have the resources.

He normally carries around a fake cigarrete which contains ‘dust of death’. It kills people, leaving them with a shrivelled red skull.

I’m assuming there is some kind of filtration system in the suit which would render the “dust of death” rather useless.
