If MC was armed with the spartan laser, he could blow a hole right through Primes chest and extinguish his spark. Prime could use that mongo rape cannon or energy axe on MC, but it would be hard to land a hit on him because he's so fast. But either one of those would kill MC if they hit him. Also, MC is so strong and fast that he could just punch holes in Prime. Or Prime could just squish the Chief. But when it comes to leadership ability, Prime wins hands down. Not only is he king of an entire planet, MC is just more of a lone wolf. In a fight between these two, there are many possibilities.
