Making his official debut is Dr. Octopus from the Marvel universe.

I think this is a fairly even match despite what may ensue in the comments.

Who do you think would win?

And, to be fair in every instance he’s shown to suffer pretty bad skull fractures from being hit, even by mere “peak-human athletes” like Captain America.

However, we’re not looking for his own endurance, but that of his tendrils/tentacles. And they’ve been shown repeatedly or crashing through concrete walls, and prying bank vaults open with barely a pause in his stride (Amazing Spiderman, any apperance of Dr Ock), but have they been shown to deflect rapid-fire bullets?

@1R0QU012 – I live for being the Devils Advocate and do dislike when arguments start getting personal. Fanboy or not, you make some relatively valid points, ones that I believe resembling points that Sapper has made in the past regarding wolverine, nd he wasn’t shouted down.

I’m not saying MC wins, or Dr Ock wins. Merely that Dr Ock is far from superhumanly durable and its only his tentacles and the potential of his armour or guns (I’ve seen him carry guns before, though whether or not they’re standard load-out is debatable. probably not)

If MC can hit Dr. Octopus, then its all over as far as I can see.

mistype of my own post………….surprised no one caught it. hes still faster then chief though…but thats beside the point, with this review of information, hes not fast enought to avoid the concussive force of the grenade, however, its of little importance since hed simply shield himself with

except for the fact that MC ran 5000meters in 7 secs that puts Doc Ock behind MC by a margin of….approximately 4821.8m and thats giving Doc Ock an extra second of travel, reference is from FoR incase you need reminding

Fall of Reach? I think you may have gotten the numbers a little messed up.

Also, in the prologue-

I’m thinking MC’s level of training and tactical experience will come into play in this battle. Even if it’s as simple as distracting him and then putting a bullet through his head. Also take into consideration that MC can outrun Doc Oc. Even if it is for a short period of time, MC can gain a tactical advantage, like elevation, or stealth (Allowing to hide temporarily)

OH no kidding!!!
Wow I must apoligize for spouting the wrong numbers any way he’s still faster than the good doctor. especially with his abilities doubled after getting used to the MJOLNIR.
(500 meters) / (17 seconds) = 29.4117647 m / s…..
29.4117647 (meters / second) = 65.7922439 miles per hour(x2)

Thats faster than MC according to you. You said he goes at 29 mps. Not very impressive.

Oh and enigmaJ the opening of Fall of Reach happened before they got the “real” (Dr. Halsey’s words) MJOLNIR. The Mark V is superior to the suits they were wearing on JerichoVII.
