There are many “versus” series out there, but I haven’t seen this one so here goes:
Master Chief:
- Various weapon skills
- Cool Armor
- Decent Vehicles
- Lone Wolf Mentality
- Has shields to re-generate
Boba Fett:
- Various Weapon Skills
- Cool Armor
- Owns his own ship
- Jetpack!
- Lone Wolf Mentality
- No shields
If these two faced off, who do you think would win? I’d have to give a slight edge to Fett, since he can fly to get out of the way, but with MC’s regenerating shields, he could keep Fett at bay and just outlast him.
So, Gaming and Star Wars community, who would win?

Why, yes it is far more durable than durasteel/plast. Tell me, what material does Jango’s armor use? Or the majority of Mandalorians back then? Not ore, given how expensive it is and the fact that civil war was on their hands. Many Mandalorians opted for less durable materials such as durasteel/plast for this reason. This would explane how many Mandalorains, such as Jaster, had their armor breached so easily where as ore would dissapate all kinds of energy blasts with ease. That includes lightsabers. But don’t listen to Who? He’s just a crazy fool. Crazy, yes. Completely ignorant about the Fett man? I like to think not…

I’m still trying to wrap my head around how anyone can think John has a chance after L-W showed that Star Wars blasters were increadibly more powerful than Halo Plasma weapons.
I know that the bigger gun doesn’t always win, but Fett’s “small” gun is so much better than the higher end of John’s arsenal. Sure John has the Cool but Impractical Spartan Laser, but Boba has armor rated against his own weapon class. While I don’t doubt the Spartan Laser would be able to hurt Boba, I just don’t see it landing. Anything that could likely hit boba would lack enough punch to cuase real damage.
On the other side just about everything that Boba Fett has is primarily designed to be used against infantry type targets, he has better manuverability thanks to the jet pack, and every one of his weapons is going to cause considerable damage to John (except maybe the darts that he as; those would probably not get through the shields, armor, and gel layer).
Frankly I’m having a hard time seeing how Boba Fett could possibly lose this fight unless he goes hand to hand against John. Fett wins.

Boba Fett would beat Master Chief. Boba has LASERS. LASERS will go through MC’s Energy shields, his armor, and him. All Boba has to do is pull the trigger once and the fight would be over. MC only has bullets, which won’t go through Boba’s Durasteel Armor (or Beskar, depending on when they fight). Boba has much higher thechnological weapons and gear than MC as well, so Boba would win.

So, what does it look like to you?
Boba Fett has much stronger, and much more gear. They each have two guns, Fett has two thermal detonators – a bit better than plasma grenades, MC has 2 frags and 2 Plasma. Boba Fett has stronger armor, but no energy shields. Now, Fett has lasers. MC’s armor doesn’t do much against Lasers (Spartan Laser – instant kill) The only difference between Boba’s EE-3 and the Spartan Laser is the Size of the gun, and the size of the blast.
So, in the end it would look as though Boba Fett would win.

Took me about an hour to finish this entire post (studyhall after senior exams are a blessing), and I have to say that the first 300 post or so, were quite annoying MC fanatics. I understand having a great interest in a character, but when it becomes:
“MC would drop a bow on Baba face plate! It wouldn’t be close. Over charge a seeking plasma round, and finish em’ with a controled pistol burst. How do ya like them apples Boba?”
with no reasoning behind it….very annoying. I believe that if it was MC vs God, some people would still find a way for MC to win. But L-W, Alphcommander, and Matapiojo argument of advance Star Wars tech, proves that just having better physical abilities does not give oneself, victory.

Cargo pants!
Fett wore a power armor liner. This liner shirt had a micro energy field projector and two layers of thin ceramic plates, in order to disperse physical and blast impacts, reducing injuries and likelihood of knockdowns. The power liner also gave him increased protection from fire, acid, intense heat, and cold. His main clothing was a reinforced armor mesh battle/flight suit.

MC could potentially jump up onto the Slave One, punch through the glass and beat the living shit out of Boba in the small quarters of the cockpit, remember in the attack of the clones how low he hovered to the Kamino platform?
If i were obi-wan in episode 2 I would get inside of the slave one and slap the shit of of lil boba!
In very close quarters MC can just crush the bone in Bobas body

Are we talking about the same ship that shrugs off teratons of damage? The ship that has taken down capital class warships? Your telling me that John can punch through the very durable transparisteel canopy along with the blanket of shields that completely cover said ship with a mere punch? I somehow must disagree with this assumption as well. Considering Fett has taken blows to the head by the mighty Gen’dai Durge, who has the strength to lift several hundred tons of spaceship off himself and wield tanks as melee weapons, then what hopes does MC have? Not much… Plus if the Chief was to be stupid enough as to charge at Fett without thinking it through, he would more than likely be met with a dose of molecular acid, an incredibly potent self replicating corrosive that is able to chew though tank armor with ease.

Don’t forget, the fact that the transparisteel canopy of Slave-I can perform 20,000 G maneuvers (that would destroy a UNSC vessel) in a dense asteroid field without shattering is testament to its strength; and any attempt to punch his way through it would leave Master Chief with a broken hand.

well this really isn’t much of a fight when you think about it…
-Close Range- well at first glance Master Chief has this easily but Boba has on multiple occasions proven to have a lightsaber up his sleeve and quite frankly lightsaber>spartan armor
-Mid-range- For the sake of argument lets say MC has a Spartan laser and everything else from halo’s arsenal and Boba has eh his EE-3 (not even a DXR-6) only and no jetpack well honestly no weapon in MC’s arsenal other than the Spartan laser will take out Boba before he perforates MC exept the Spartan laser but really cmon do you think Boba won’t move when he sees a tracking laser on him and he won’t kill MC before it warms up (I’m sure he can pull the trigger twice before the spartan laser warms up)?
-Long range- Fett’s a Bounty Hunter who has on numerous occasions proven his marksmanship capabilities and add the jetpack I highly doubt MC would hit him before having a laser meet his face…
