Linkin Park Vs Limp Bizkit

Say what you want about Fred Durst, but the early Bizkit albums had some pretty intense tunes/riffs/lyrics. As when a lead singer stars to think they can do better on their own, it has clearly influenced their later albums. On the flipside is Linkin Park who just seems to keep on rollin, rollin, rollin…

So, which band do you prefer?

Oh man…they are both horrible…Limp tried the RATM rap metal thing, and it just didn’t work…Linkin Park sounds like the soundtrack to the Lakehouse

Limp Bizkit were at least likable “back in the day”. Linkin Park are terrible…truly terrible. Always have been, always will be.

ugh.

Like most teens at the time, Limp was one of the “founding fathers” of nu-metal, so I bought into their act. Their first album was alright in my book (I still rock to Leech ever so often), but things just continued going on a downward spiral from their second release.

They tried something mildly different with their fourth release, and I can appreciate that, but they went back to garbage on their latest release. In truth, they are just way too low on the quality stage for them to trully make a comeback. I still give them my support for nostalgic reasons.

I cannot stand the Park in general, so I guess thats that for me.

i never realy listend to bizkit but linkin is one of my favorite bands but thats only because of the song in the end rest of it kind of sucks so to me 1 less than halfway decent song puts park in the win for me

Well well, the 2 bands i allways dream to battle. Each band have there talent, everone listen to LB in the past when they where on top and LP was not created. Now LB is gone and LP give birth to a better music (still sucking with the rap) but is the one still alive. Now, im wandering if LB is going to return with new material, or Fred is going to continue making money from the bands his signing.

I like to challenge LB to come back and see if they still have what they call Bizkit.
And for LP, to make a album without raping, just pure rock.

Linkin Park’s Meteora album is better than whatever Limp Bizkit can “Roll” out. People always say LP’s songs are more mediocre and soft than LB’s but the fact is, it IS true if you’re talking about songs like ‘Shadow of the Day’. By the way, LB sounds like a bunch of little girls, and Fred Durst is terrible. TERRIBLE!

Second of all, all of LB’s fans are a bunch of demented skater kids, or kids who never have listened to real music.

Linkin Park.. They’re the band of the decade whether you like it or not.

Chester’s voice is amazing whether you like it or not. I think Durst’s voice is horrible..
