For the sake of this match, it’s a battle of who’s more popular. I know that Dragonforce has some serious guitar licks, but looking at the whole body of work so far for each band, I’d have to take Linkin Park. I know, let the flaming begin.

dont like both bands but if i gotta choose LP.dragonfroces highly pitched solos of 2 minutes or longer start to become annoying after a short time.

Yea. Admin must have put an extra 0 on one of the updates. I’m sure he will fix it next time he checks in on us.

Linkin Park isnt even really that good, but compared to Dragonforce they’re like Metallica and every other good band in existence combined.

I prefer Dragonforce here, Sure linkinpark is more popular but Dragonforce songs suit the gamer population better especially in MMORPGs.
I always switch on a Dragonforce song to suit the current occasion on MMOs and it helps me get into the mood. I find myself playing the song “prepare for war” just for inspiration to grind more

Seen them both live. Linkin park are good raprock artists, but anything other than pure popularity goes to Dragonforce.
I’m biased though, they did a cover of aeris theme from FF7 on some guitar tutorial, and thus are Gods in my eyes.
