The only reason this is even a match is due to the ability ti suck up his opponent. So, could the Hulk survive that attack?

My guess is that the Hulk eats Kirby instead of the other way around.

while i think that it will be over before kirby can suck him in and hulk will just tear him apart from the inside

if kirby manages to do it and take hulks powers the match could be cool to watch

Kirby wouldn’t be able to suck up the Hulk. Kirby is far too small to be able to suck up someone as large as the Hulk.

Kirby’s official hight is 8 inches tall. In Kirby 64 he was unable to inhale enemies that were around four times his size (roughtly 3 feet tall). The Hulk is hulkingly huge and is by far much larger than a mere 3 feet tall and as such would be too large for Kirby to inhale.

Some of Kirby’s hats might help him, but I don’t know enough about them to make an accurate judgement call on that.

As I recall, in an earlier fight we established that all duels will be considered boss battles for both sides. Kirby cannot copy a heavy enemy such as the Hulk.

Even if kirby could suck up the hulk,his strngth would be enough to resist it.

If Kirby is even capable of taking in Hulk…he would only gain the superhuman strength, not the healing factor or such. Therefore, Hulk would still best Kirby in combat.

Which fight was that, Thepocalypse? And why? It doesn’t make sense to me to not allow characters to be able to kill something an attack that another character has no resistance to according to their canon simply because it is a “boss battle”.

But that is an arguement for another time. In this match there is little Kirby can do unless his canon is ignored and we start discussing Super Smash Bros.’s version of Kirby who can inhale large characters.

In the animated series Kirby inhaled Hulk Sized enemies…. why don’t we just say he can because otherwise Hulk would step on Kirby and it’s over.

Also in the anime, Kirby appears to be immune to bludgeoning and is too stretchy to rip apart. And given that his stomach is an extradimensional space, size isn’t much of a factor. What is a factor, however, is that he doesn’t really have that much sucking power.

If Kirby did manage to Inhale the Hulk and absorb his Power their is a good chance he would be overwelmed and destroyed by that power like others who have gone before him. The only one who can truly harness the power of the Hulk is the Hulk.

hulk wins, even if one allows kirby to steal Hulk’s power its just…not gonna work out for him.

However, I can’t imagine the hulk getting mad at Kirby, so maybe he won’t get strong at all? His power comes from his anger no?

@ Cpt Olimar- Good point Hovever youv’e created a paradox without anger he is just Banner if he is not the Hulk then Kirby does not defeat Hulk he Defeats Banner. But if Kirby Dosen’t Keep The Hulk angry Hulk Will be removed from the Battle meaning a win for Kirby. But thats not a Battle then its just Anger management. So the only way to win is to Forfiet? How is that a win? How is that a loss? Is that strategy or cowardice? wHY iS ThaT mONgOoSE WaTChinG mE? Uh Oh time to lay off the Absinthe.

i htink kirby would win. he sucks up his enemies, and can transform them into a star, then blast them out. he can also take in their powers. so he could take the hulks powers, then have his own. its perfect

I don’t know…Kirby can handle some pretty sick stuff. Taking on the likes of Dark Matter, Dark Mind, and Zero/Zero Two.

Hey, and I just thought of something. Kirby may be able to turn Hulk back to normal with the Love Love Stick (or Heart Rod, whichever you prefer).

If the Hulk does get sucked up by Kirby he’s dead. It’s only in Super Smash Bros that people survive being eaten by Kirby, in actual Kirby games it kills people instantly and allows Kirby to either fire them out as a star or absorb them to gain their abilities.

I believe the lil blob can survive not necesscarily win for both of them but survive because kirby doesnt feel pain i believe but just absorbs the attacks like a punching bag

I see kirby running up to the Hulk and trying to suck him up, then Hulk grabs both sides of his mouth, Puts one side on a mountain and pulls until he reaches one kilometre, then slingshots him into a blackhole or a star.

You know, that is a very very good point. I think Kirby and Banner would become friends, and Kirby’s nature would dispel the Hulk outright, since he wouldn’t be threatened at all. Hulk’s anger stems from the ‘I AM THE STRONGEST THERE IS! NO ONE IS AS STRONG AS ME’. He would have no reason to crush Kirby at all. And if Kirby wasn’t being threatened, he wouldn’t attack Hulk.

I vote Kirby on the grounds of incomparabile adorability!

I Think if kirby can use ALL his abilities, he could actually pul this one out of the hat. Mainly because he has so many different abilities, Hulk might not be able to keep up.

Kirby in one game possess the ability to change between the various powers he’s collected. One of which is the copy ability, able to copy abilities without the need of inhaling. If you’ve played super star, kirby can punch a planet in half… lol.
Anyways Kirby can copy Hulk’s abilities to fight on equal terms. And if kirby could infact inhale hulk, that’s game, because after you go in you just dissapear for some reason, or come back out… in the shape of a star. Nobody really knows what’s going on in there.

People overlook the fact that even though he’s pink… and round… and slightly homo. That he’s supposed to be like, one of the strongest things in the universe. I dunno how or why, but he just is.

And there’s also the paradox cpt olimar pointed out. You can’t hit kirby, you’d have to be a terrible person. lol

I give the victory to kirby… and it makes me rage.

Looks like The Incredible Hulk has met his match. Kirby is just wwwwwaaaaaayyyyyy too strechy for the Hulk to rip open, both inside & out. Second, Kirby can just eat the Hulk and gain his powers,….. lets uuuuhhhh hope that doesn’t happen <:{

Kirby gains the ability of the opponent it sucks up so wouldn’t gain all the abilitys of hulk anyway and if it does then this battle goes to kirby and yes he also has that singing ability so yea KIRBY FOR FACATPILE AWARD.

Kirby’s best bet would be to somehow calm the Hulk. If he could, he would revert to Banner, and be easy prey. Otherwise, I see the Hulk as being too potent for Kirby to devour and defeat so easily.
