A request from the very first person to ever post on FactPile. (Yes, even before Expert!) This match is a slam dunk pick for me since for some reason, I just can’t stand Conan O’Brien’s act. I’m sure here’s a cool dude in real life, but even before he got the Tonight Show, I never thought he was anything great. So that leaves me with only one thing left.

18-35 yrs typically prefer Conan. Older demographic is Leno-loyal. Personally I think Leno’s more traditional humor is corny and outdated and that Conan is far more clever, but admittedly a pretty odd guy.

Coco! Go Conan….go Conan….go Conan. I’m actually a big Letterman fan but would much rather watch Conan then Jay. Good for Conan to stand his ground and not be a push over. Time to retire Leno!

Eh.. they’re both alright. I normally only watch monologues so I don’t know who can conduct a better interview. Kimmel bitch slapped Leno though, I think Conan is a little better at improvising based on his reactions and timing should a joke flop.
I can’t say who I prefer more, they both have some stuff down and the like. But on the grounds of Conan having better comedic timing and delivery, I’d say he has what it takes to qualify as the ‘better host’ since you’ve got to think on your feet doing (in most cases) semi-live interviews and such.
