I’m aware he uses guns. The description is “Close quarters combat” so it’s a battle with no guns.

One question to consider is whether or not Snake’s blade can even harm Krauser considering I shot him in the face with my Uber-shotgun when he ran at me…. and he hardly even noticed.

He made me so angry that when I finally beat him down, Iwanted to do dance on his body; however, no only was he not dead, he activated a bomb… with a time limit for you to get out.

Still, he wins this pretty handily I say.

If Krauser has Las Plagas he wins IMO.

Mate, I know nothing about Krauser, nothing at all, but I must say, Resolute Snake Eyes does exceed in my bad-assery list so far…..damn, catching a sword in your hand and not even screaming…….still, not siding with SE yet, seeing as I know nothing about Krauser.

So…… the fact that the fucked up arm is equal to the reach of a tradtional sword and the fact that Krauser can dodge bullets and use a quick attack to close the distance between him and his opponent (approimately 10 to twenty feet if memory serves) in the blink of an eye doesn’t faze you?

How about the fact that he is also a highly trained blade fighter and can use his arm as an impaler, shield, and battering ram. Or that he ulitilzes flash bangs in combat.

Not to mention an RPG at the range of five feet….. I swear he was laughing at me at that point.

@Kenny C.-That’s all dandy but Snake Eyes has an arsenal of Japanese martial arts styles under his belt and numerous Japanese sword styles which quite frankly is superior to Krausers. You can be the top agent of the world but up against a master of most Japanese martial arts who has honed his skill in battle against enemies armed with futuristic weaponery a vast quantity of which were automatic yet comes out unscathed your not all that impressive.

The only edge Krauser trully has is his durability and healing factor which can be negated via decapitation. We know for a fact he’s not stronger or faster then Snake Eyes since Leon was able to hold his own against him. We know he’s not more well trained since once again Leon held his own against him. And Snake Eyes is Leon’s superior in every way. So it’s really not looking good for Krauser.

Not to mention that Krauser already has a full arsenal of weaponry at his disposal. Although just using a knife would be cool enough or better yet he could use his bow in this fight and anyone who has played Resident Evil 4 Mercenaries knows how powerful that is.

because snake eyes knows that right? nope sorry friend, but snake eyes is likely to go for the more discreet killing tactics, like a ninja would, and in so will seal his doom against his much stronger and about as agile, with a weapon that can stop bullets and cut people up (these are also advantages you skipped)

@Jwlynas-Who said anything about Japanese being the best at anything? And for the record I believe European manufacturing to be superior to Japanese. They are good with electronics but when it comes to engineering I’d give it to Europe everytime. As for the martial arts part once again who said Japanese martial arts were superior? I just said that Sanke Eyes knows more martial arts styales then Krauser since he knows most of the Japanese and some American martial arts while Krauser most likely know only what the military and agencies have taught him so please stop jumping to conclusions. Now some claim that Krauser may be stronger and faster then Snake Eyes but during the quickktime events when Krauser faced Leon was not only able to keep up with every strike Krauser through but also when Krauser had Leon on th floor and was trying to press a knife through him Leon not only held the knife off from a claimed superiorly strengthned oppenent but was also able to wrestle him off. If Krauser is strong enoughto rip men in half then he should have been able to run Leon through with no trouble at all since he is claimed superior in strength and was in the dominent possision to use that strength.

@ss-I thought when they go into these matches they were aware of the oppenents weaknesses because if that is not the case thenn people should all together on this sight stop claiming a character can win because they can exploit the others weakness. Anyway one slash across the neck is all Snake Eyes needs to win cause even if it doesn’t take the head Krauser would still be stunned from having his throat cut which would set him up for the final blow since Snake Eyes has the advantage of range.

This is the same Leon Kennedy that Punched a boulder off of a cliff in the latest resident evil… I think we can safely say he’s stronger than most people have any right to be

This was also done when Krauser didn’t have his f*cked up arm activated, which dramatically changes his fighting style to a much more direct and forceful approach.

@TheSorrow-It was during a quicktime event not gameplay there’s a fundamental difference. quicktime events are interactive movies to show things unable to be accomplished during gameplay do to the engine. As such these events and in-game movies are a good way to show a characters true capabilites.

@Jwlynas-I admit when re-reading that post it seemed a little baised towards Japan. But no one fighting style is or ever will be the best which is why a person who is advance in multiple fighting styles generally beats aperson who’s mastered a single style since they lack the ability to adapt. And I don’t think Leon was in the latest game that was Chris. I haven’t played 5 yet but from gameplay videos it seems like Chris has either been pumping some serious iron or he’s on roids cause he looks like a gears of war character.
