I’m pretty sure all Halo fans demand is more awesome set pieces (Driving along falling walkways, flying a transport ship into a big ass walker, blowing it up and somehow making it out in the same ship, taking out mutant space apes with the butt of a shotgun, that sort of thing). I love the Halo series, but the storyline is Amateurish at best… Its the solid gameplay that wins it for most players, so long as the new games have slightly better graphics and new levels, no-one will care if MC is hunting space unicorns because his girlfriend wants the Unicorn king to be her pony, they’ll buy it.

I was thinking more of the lines of the main map and how you can fight the war anyway you want it to be fought. Granted like you said the battles themselves would have to change. But on that front they can copy EndWar’s style of battles. Or just make a Halo copy of Star Wars Empire at War

has anyone read the book for this game?, this is the 1 with all the spartans, before MC became the only one, so if you dont like halo, atleast u get to see spartans die, and if you do like it, well atleast theres some drama for you, o and hopefully they will have the spartans childhood in this 1

Some if not most of us dislike Halo for debating reasons only. Most of us have a resprect for the Halo series and as an ex Halo fanboy myself (Before Killzone, Call of Duty, and the History Channel saved me from going into the deep end.) I make fun of Halo all the time. But I would never say it or any other series suck because I’m not a fan of it. (Minus Twlight)

This is gonna be fucking awesome,it has forge,theatre,firefight and all those other halo 3 stuff and even several new features. And the magazine says that the graphics will be awazing

For me, as a big Halo fan (despite my hatred for most Halo fanboys) it was this trailer that I didn’t like. Even my Halo fanboy older brother (who loves arguing that Master Chief can beat Samus. He’s actually pretty smart though, he just doesn’t know some important details) says that this trailer sucked. It’s Halo goddammit! Where’s the epic? The explosions? The new new? This vidoc however…
