I have to say Halo fans primarily due to their “Spartan lazer” and “superhuman strength” overestimations and because Halo continuous has new parts of the universe added to just fan the flames for halo fanboys/girls. Although this does put Xena at a disadvantage and also, the Xena show and overall mainstream presence of Xena seems to have died down while Halo is still being pumped into popular culture in almost every way.

Halo fans have crazy beliefs and insane beliefs about Microsoft’s favorate supersoldier. Such as “Galactus into the sun”, a Spartan Lazer or NOVA bomb being standard issue weapons for a Spartan-II and the list goes on and on. Xena seems to be matched against more Middle Age, fantasy or mythological characters in the “swords-and-sorcery” genre while Chief takes on science fiction in its unlimited forms. Therefore, I believe Halo fans have this mental belief that their Spartan can combine a high-powered lazer and a mystical “luck” ability and defeat any threat from any universe regardless of the evidence against it.

They’re both ridiculous fan maniacs, but I’m going to go with the Xena fans being worse/more zealous. As bad as Halo fans can get at times, they’re arguments at least have some sort of basis in truth. Even “omg he’l splazor dem!” or “he cun lift plus 67+ tons!” are at least arguments derived from points that have a shaky basis in reality, even if they are misinformed or overestimations. Xena fans, on the other hand, tend to just say, “Xena will win! Xena always wins!” no matter who she’s fighting or what, without bringing up any points or strategies at all.

Besides, any group that contains even one individual who states that Xena could fight half the Marvel Multiverse before going down wins the fantard award in my book.

I have noted that also but I believe that Halo fans and Xena fans have more of a legacy behind them that is larger then Gears.

At least MC is somewhat badass, and has won some decent matches, IMO Xena is just a dumb bitch with a sword.

The logic would be like saying Colonial Oniel from Stargate could take down Kratos. Clearly his Assault Rifle is imbued with holy powers capable of actually injuring a God since he killed the Sun God Ra. (Even though the Sun God was an alien infesting a human body and fully suceptable to you know a normal gun.)

That’s about as logical as a Xena argument is.
