Five Points Road (Picture)

Five Points Road

So I know some people might get offended by this image, but it comes courtesy of Google and their mapping service. In case you don’t know, they have people who physically drive on every street in America with cameras mounted on top taking these pictures.

In this particular case, you can see that bambi didn’t make it.

I laughed my ass off when I saw this picture. Call me cruel or whatever you want, deer are a pest where I live and cause more accidents than needed.

Yeah I figured that was how they did it. Man if only I knew when they took a picture of my street, I would have flipped them off while they were going by. Or held up a sign saying,”Join the Pile.”

The 3rd pic looks to me like someone possitioned the deer after it was hit just for this reason. … Do you think the driver had his score counter increase by five points after he hit the deer?

Alas I know not the annoyance of deer. In Alaska we have moose, and you don’t hit those. You don’t dare hit those.

I’ve seen the mythbuster episode. I’ve also seen the aftermath on the side of the road. It wasn’t as messy as I would have expected it to be. Lots of glass though, but there always is in a car crash.

Actually in January I saw a couple of moose walking down the side walk of a busy street. They were waiting at the light. If only their white tailed cousins could master rules of roads and walk ways like they have we probably wouldn’t have this picture.

I like moose. They taste good.

when Google mapped my house they got all my kids toys scattered arround my front yard in the pic it looks like crap but this takes the cake.
