As most of you may recall, last week I ran a survey on the site asking for your thoughts on what he site needed. The results of that survey showed some interesting trends that were made easily seen from the ennect survey software that I used.
So, how did that go?
I was able to sign-up for free on the sight – ennect.com – where then I had to wait for approval to login to my account. On the site it said it would take up to 2 hours to get the email with that information. I got that email about 10 minutes after I registered.
So, I go to the url provided and was curious to see how intuitive this software might be. I logged in and clicked on the “Build survey” tab. At this point, I would say this was the trouble area. I was taken to a page that had 7 questions listed all in a different style/format. After about 10 minutes of clicking on everything I could, I then realized that they were giving you examples of how you could ask your questions differently.
One nice feature was an “Apply logic” button where you could tell the software to ask questions a certain way.
So, after adding a few questions, I was also able to re-arrange the questions in any sequence I wanted, and could preview the survey at any moment too. It went smoothly from that point forward, and after making the survey live, the reporting features and charts were very insightful.
Overall, I’d give the product a 9/10 rating. If they could add more tips for the questions I think that would make the experience very smooth the entire way.
Disclosure: I was given some credit to try the product – but even if I had to pay, it still would’ve been less than $10 USD. That amount is easily worth it for the information I was able to get.

Sounds like a decent enough medium to use. I’m sure we will see more of them in the future.
