Well, that particular trait of Hellfire has been shared by both characters as well as being able to imbue other items (mainly weapons) with it, just as both are able to fashion hellfire blades, and create massive hellfire blasts (or going nuclear as someone called it when Badilino's Vengeance blew himself up). So far there are only two hellfire tricks that I have seen as exclusive to one or the other over the years. Blaze's GR made the sky rain Hellfire on a village swarming with demons, while Ketch's GR created multiple avatars of himself capable of dealing with three other Spirits of Vengeance as effectively as he would, even absorbing their power. Mind you that he only did this awesome feat after absorbing almost all other SoVs from the planet, so the jury is out whether or not he would be able to do so again at this point. Notice how it cannot be neither confirmed nor denied that each couldn't do what the other did.
