Dante (Devil May Cry) Vs Kharn (Warhammer 40K)

This would certainly be an entertaining match to watch. While I think Dante could hang for a bit, in the end, I think Kharn gets the victory.

How do you see this fight playing out?

What an awesome fight! I think(and hope) that Dante would win but I’m not completely sure as although I know a reasonable amount about Kharn I don’t know enough to be sure of a winner here.

Admittedly, I don’t have the greatest grasp of Dante’s prowess, but I do know about Kharn. He is over one hundred centuries old. He has seen battle on ten thousand worlds, and is the favored champion of the most powerful of the Chaos Gods. He has murdered hundreds, if not thousands of even the vaunted Space Marines. Sometimes, all at once. The head of his axe is larger and heavier than Dante’s body, and he can swing it faster than a human eye can blink. The longer he fights, the more powerful he becomes. Victory to Kharne.

It CAN happen. Just cause its not possible by most of the favorites of the site, it doesnt mean he is unstopable. They just need to have a very specific set of tools to deal with Kharn. In the case of Galactus, he can tear matter appart. In the Case of Ghost Rider, he can grow in power exponentially. Unless you are Hulk or Juggernaut, brute force is hardly enough to deal with the Betrayer.

Hmmm… while i am a big fan of dante i know nothing of the other guy… Hmmm Idk lol can’t be a fanboy with this stuff by the looks of it dante wloud wear out before this guy but I don’t think he would die ( he would lose but get away with his life yet not his pride how sad)

I haven’t played anything with either one of these guys, but I know a miniscule amount about Dante. I go with the one I know at least a li’l bit of somethin’ about: Dante.

Kharn. Because he needs to get more skulls for the skull throne. Plus the only thing that makes him happy is killing, and hes soooooo good at it.

Guys. Seriously. Dante has this one. He cant die for one. The guy got shot in the face and smiled. He surfed on a missile. He can slow down time. Hes a half demon which are in general far stronger than normal demons. He is one of the sons of The Dark Knight Sparta who sealed a gateway to hell then split his power between his sons. He can turn into a demon. Make a fighting shadow. He has defeated the strongest demons around including his twin brother. Now ive learned a lot about Kharn in various other posts but he cant beat Dante.

Ugh.

Kharn stood before an actual GOD, got blasted, and survived to coninue butchering superhumans, daemons, alien monstrosities, godly avatars, master psychics, etc. for thousand upon thousands of years. He massacres entire super armies, even allies, just to satisfy his thirst for battle. Do you really think Dante’s rescilience can match Kharn’s?

Put it into perspective. Ten THOUSAND years of killing beings that excape the comprehension of Dante. He dominates over Greater Daemons that rule a daemon-world (if you cannot do the math, this is comparable to Satan in our own world), defeating them as he sees fit.

Dante couldn’t hope to scratch this man, much less defeat.

Dante wins he fought a god in dmc 4 i think and won he can also move unrealisticly fast he could also use devil trigger to become even more powerfull

allright lets look at the hardware keep in mind this is standard no devil arms
dante
dual pistols
magic sword
demonform
and a duster for armour
kharne
plasma pistol
gorechild the chain axe made from the teeth of a dragon
his bare hands which are wmd’s all on they’re own
powerarmour
not to mention 1000 years of combat experience and a very bad temper….and i almost forgot im pretty sure he has the blessing of khorne which negates all magic around him so he could pretty much tear out dante’s heart so fast he would’nt know he was dead till kharne crushed his skull so yea i think this match goes to the chosen one of the blood god

Okay, well Dante is invincible and dante can run faster than a bullet, I think that Dante would OWN Kharn.

he could shoot him between the eyes without even looking and while Kharn is moving at incredible speeds

They should have at least one fight that Dante could win, instead of these matches where he has to face immortals and gods. It’s really unfair and it makes Dante look like a weakling.

erm.. how do you kill an immortal person? last time i saw Dante his heart was peirced with his own sword, got impaled so much times and walked through and killed his enemy like it was nothing. As the other guy posted Dante has also battled a god. Add some of the spec weapons of dante and the trigger and it will be a match for kharm. as far as i know kharn isnt immortal so.. immortal > mortal

BTW if he is immortal then idk who wins

Dante isn’t a true immortal. He can die. He just cannot die by aging. Being brutally murdered is still a perfectly applicable method of termination against him, and I don’t him winning this unless he busts out the Bangle of Time (Time stopper) right from the get go and does something truely brutal to Kharn.
