While for many, this might be a tough choice. For me, Sabbath just spawned soo many copycat type bands and inspired many bands that are heard today. They’ve influenced many bands and have had their songs covered by many.
War Pigs for the win. What say you?

Black Sabbath, either of an Ozzy Osborne or Ronnie James Dio variety, are leaps and bounds ahead of Iron maiden. Then again, they’re leaps and bounds above most, so theres no shame in that.

The Prince of Darkness would unload a Crazy Train of kickass music and melt Iron Maiden’s faces.

Iron Maiden ftw. Ozzy is gay and sounds like shit. War pigs sucks, crazy train is not that good, paranoid gets annoying, etc. Iron Maiden is easily way better, especially live.
At least Dio was good…

Ozzy? Sounds like shit? Sure when he talks but when he sings he’s quite awesome.
Now…
Dickie or Osbourne…
I have to say that both Ozzy and Dickinson have voices nobody could immitate nor top, both are influences for other bands, and they both just effing rock.
But I have to say Maiden. I can get into them more for some reason. Their lyrics and songs are excellent. While I haven’t been to Ozzfest (that is until later this year) Maiden’s concerts are truly fun and theatrical. And Eddie the Head, along with Maiden’s album artwork, is just awesome in its own.
P.S. RIP DIO!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Black Sabbath have a little more variety than Iron Maiden, largely due to Tony Iommi’s brilliant instrumentals. So Sabbath win overall, but Maiden are great too.
