For those of you who don’t know, here’ a quick read on Sir Daniel Fortesque (opens new window).
Personally, I think the opening of his story is funny as hell.
But after reading what I could and at the insistence of Baron Somebody, we present a special edition of MC vs…
So, Baron Somebody, state your case, and let’s see how your boy handles the Chief!
I have no idea how this is even in the same playing field. Lets see what Baron Somebody has to say about it.
Lol Dan would throw a chicken drumstick at MC and turn him into a plate of chicken
Or he would take his hammer and pound him to pieces (to all who say that they could blow him up with rockets or something Dan could throw lightning at them and blow them up)
how bout he lasers the guy? boom done… if he throws a chicken drumstick MC avoids it.
Oh and Dan’s golden shield can’t be broken by anything so all of Chief’s weapons are useless
Now the only way I can see MC winning is if he knocks the shield out of his hand and uses the Spartan Laser or Gravity Hammer
If you cut off his head as well he won’t die
ooooo,i remember this game,i had it for th playstation,good times,good times.
I think though that if MC were to ever die in any of the Halo games he’d go to the Hall of Heroes
no need to “cut” off his head when you can turn it to nothing…with the simple holding of a trigger…
and why would MC need to punch his shields out? energy sword would work better. seeing as you know energy knocks out shields in halo…meaning it would do better then other weapons.
but ill reasearch a bit on this guy to see how MC wins
If Dan threw a drumstick at MC MC would be all like “Wtf is with this guy” not knowing what it would do and then be turned into roast chicken while Dan tries to chew at it with no jaw lol
AHA! Dan’s dragon armor is invulnerable to heat sp the Spartan Laser is useless
Dan’s golden shield is magical, but I mean it can’t be broken by anything
Basically this is the scenario I’m thinking of
Ok so Dan is standing about maybe like 15-20 feet away from MC…MC thinking this would be an easy battle shoots at him with the plasma rifle. Dan blocks it will his shield. Dan takes out his crossbow and shoots it at MC, but the arrow bounces off. He takes out his hammer and charges MC. MC hits Dan but Dan just barely manages to block it, sending the bag of bones about 10 feet back. MC then shoots some missles at him, but since they are heat seeking (Dan is dead so he wouldn’t have any heat) they just go all over the place and blow up. MC is like “Man f#ck this” so he pulls out the Spartan Laser. While it’s charging up, Dan pulls out a chicken drumstick and throws it at him. MC looks down like “Wtf?” and is turned into a plate of chicken for Dan to eat. THE END

hahaha wow…ok lets go this how you do…the missle still fires on course as the halo two one can lock on but dosent require it just blows him to hell…
OR MC simply throws a couple frags under him…
anyway…just because it looks like a drumstick MC might think it could have a diffrent purpose tehrefore anyhting thrown can be a grenade and MC should know that…
let me re-phrase that MC knows that…
and i think i got what you mean with hte shield i kind of mis-read you…
so yeah MC throws a grenade or two…he either takes the blast or attempts to jump away and hte second grenade hurts him…AND if the rocket hit the shield the blast would knock the shield RIGHT out of his hands.

Wow, I got nothing. I dont know what to comment on. The absolute hilarity of this all, or the sheer stupidity. im gonna try and stay logical here.
Just because Dan has magically enhanced gear, does not automatically give him the win of a master tactician, enhanced super-soldier with amazing gear himself.
What is Dan’s combat mastery? How has he put his combat skills into action? All that magical stuff will do nothing against a master marksman that rips him to shreds before the knight even knows whats going on.

Well…Dan (when he was still alive) got shot in the eye in the first line of arrows lol…but after that he killed tons of zombies and demons and scarecrows and stuff oh and also a sorceror that turned himself into a dragon…then in the second game he killed a dinosaur skeleton and a giant blue demon from the abyss…oh and he killed a giant pumpkin
but besides the point even if the missles did lock onto him he could block them with his shield or throw lightning at them which would cause them to explode…even if it did knock it out of his hand you think he’d be stupid enough to leave it there?
if this were to take place in dan’s setting what he could do is take his head off and put it on (tons of them crawl around with no purpose) a zombie hand which while he does that he could distract him with his headless body…basically he would have to focus on one or the other either
focus on his head with the hand on it (which then the body would throw a drumstick of pound him with his hammer)
focus on the body (while the hand takes various things off his body like grenades and stuff)
oh and also dan has a gatling gun but im not sure if that could do anything
the lightning and the drumsticks would probably be the most powerful so ill focus on those
if he gets hit by lightning he’s basically dead because of all that electronic stuff in there
and the drumsticks are obvious if it hits him he’s chicken
basically this would have to be settled hand to hand…which means MC would have the energy sword and the gravity hammer…
dan’s magic sword is probably the equivalent of the energy sword
dan’s hammer is probably the equivalent of the gravity hammer
so there it could go either way
