So technically, this falls into the Mecha category, I don’t think the battle would be between the two going against each other since the power of the Sun Crusher is to attack suns and not other mechanical items.
But, if you were to compare the destructive power and which one can do more damage, now we have something to talk about.

Well the Sun Crushers missiles could destroy halo. Although they might not be able to it directly, the could still destroy the nearby sun and ka-bam.
At the same time, if Halo detonates, the person inside the Sun Crusher is going to die. I guess it comes down to what ever fires first.
In terms of destructive power, a halo does more damage per “shot” (the Sun Crusher causes a sun to go supernova, wiping out a system, where as halo wipes all life (except for micro-organisms) within a 25,000 light-year radius). However the Sun Crushers is more mobile then Halo, so it could theoretically be more destructive provided it was aloud to move, and reload its payload of missiles (which is 11) once depleted.

The Sun Crusher has several major advantages over a Halo:
1) Mobility: The SC can enter and exit Hyper-Space efficiently and easily. Capable of entering and escaping the blast radius of the Halo *before* it can even activate the main weapon (Which takes some time as far as I can gather).
2) Ordinance: The SC missile can destroy entire Star Systems in a single shot, the immense gravitational and electromagnetic field generated is capable of annhilating entire groups of Planetary bodies on a solar scale. The Halo would be gone in the first missile strike; and without any counter-ballistic defence, the Halo would be nothing more than a sitting duck.
3) Mechanization: The SC does not require a living crew and can be piloted just as easily by an internal AI or Droid intelligence; making the ONE weapon of the ring useless in a fight with the SC.
I have to give this one to the Sun Crusher.

I thought it could be piloted by a droid, but I wasn’t sure. So yeh, in a straight fight the SC would win. However I still argue that a Halo ring is more destructive (at least to organics).
