Now this would be a tremendous battle. Both characters bring amazing amounts of experience and a wealth of knowledge to the battle.
In what would be a true slug-fest, I think when the dust settles, Batman would be the one who emerges from this fight.

Batman would win because he has everything he would ever need on his belt. His most likely got some anti-spiderman spray
spiderman would probably win because he has strength n his side, but batman would maybe outsmart him.
lol i think batmans has bin up against brute strength three things happen.
1.he gets beat goes back to prep owns person the next time.
2.uses his infinity guant…i mean bat belt and owns.
3.uses his standard PIS/jobber powers
Batman would destroy spidey. Even with his spidey sense. Spidey fanboys love using that for every problem. spidey couldnt dodge 3 saws shot by green goblin. Imagine what batman would do.
If it is an all out brawl Batman can take some punishment, but in the end Spiderman would beat him hands down. But if Batman decides to use basically any of his gadgets Spiderman wouldn’t really be able to do much.
Spiderman is a super human, but with time to prepare Batman would always win

are you guys serious lets think this over, everyone knows batman is resourceful, and has a million gadgets on his belt, thats obvious and he is tough and smart. But every quality batman has, SO DOES SPIDER-MAN! Lets also throw in that spider-man can shot webbing, cling to almost any surface, his spider sense, Superhuman strength, stamina, speed, agility, reflexes, durability and equilibrium
not to mention he’ll heal faster too. Lets see name one person who has all those traits that batman has defeated. Not to mention if we’re talking gadgets spidey could go get his Iron Spider suit from Tony Stark.

Spiderman’s fan alway depend on his spider power to solve everything like: spider six-sense - in which they mistake spider sense of wind and vibration of air around to know what happen around him; it’s not psychic ability - ; or his superstrength and superspeed ; reflex - in which both much weaker than superman -
Also sipderman’s fan alway forget what make batman a super hero; it’s not his gadet; or his martial art ability; or his suit. It’s his intelligent - consider is genius - tatician.
For example; spiderman’s fan alway said spiderman can dogde anything batman throw at him; however they do not think batman do not need to throw at spiderman; there are tons of ways that batman can use his gadets to cause damage to spiderman without having them to connect to him. Spiderman is just an average intelligent human with superpower being tricked by batman is obvious. super hearing; smelling; sensing just mean he will get more damage from sonic attacks; gas bombs - i believe Spiderman used this to his advange against Venom -
Also spiderman’s fan alway think joker; riddle;… is cheap criminal. I doubt so; these criminal are the most dangerous; they are not spiderman’s type of criminal who he can just hit them head on with all his strength and win. These are psychotic criminal with tricky mind. With brain like spiderman he will be killed by these criminal in first fight
I agree in first fight batman could lose or run away; however he will able to gather all infomation about spiderman- even will able to find out spiderman secret id - then i trust that spiderman would never able to win again

There is a difference Rob. Just as Mr Fantastic; goblin, dock ock, mysterio, scorpion, the shocker; they are intelligent; but there intelligent not for fighting but to create weapon; same as spiderman he could create thing; but his intelligent can’t be used in a fight. Creating a gadget don’t make s.o become a super hero like batman; for exmple: Ironman; strip away his suit; he done for. Remember batman is create to be the most powerfull superhero that a normal person could be; He don’t need to be able to create gadget - batman never create his gadget; to busy with Wayne industry - but he master almost every subject in university; special in psychology; detective; art of escaping; Ninjutsu all these is focus on his crime fighting. And Peter is not genius lv is just very smart; his intelligent is not on pair with Mr fantastic or goblin while batman is genius lv. Spiderman speed streght; only 4-5 times stronger than human; which is much much weaker than superman; and remember even superman get tricked by batman; so batman will be easily escape sipderman if he want to; also he will easily trick spiderman. And why everyone keep saying that batman sneak behind spiderman to attack; he could just go straight face to face and trick him; also there also no reason that he have to be far away to throw his gadget; use your imagination; he a master of tactictian; there is hundred ways for him to atk spiderman; while spiderman atk is too easy; wrap his enemy; try to used their sound and vibration to sense where they areand dogde them; hit them with super streght.

Spiderman would never, ever be hit directly by The Batman, I’m a fan of both, a serious fan of both.
While Batman is a martial arts master an all, trained by the best.
Spiderman has developed his own unique style of fighting and he has just as much experience as The Batman while being younger.

The Batman in Gotham and The Batman in the Justice League are 2 different characters.
On the streets of Gotham he’s been known to be shot, wounded, persevere and win.
In the Justice League he can stand and take on Darkseid with no powers and never get hit with the Omega Effect (yeah right)
Spiderman’s genius-level intellect will allow for him to adapt to this horribly dressed man with a gadget belt.

Next fight Batman takes to the air and develops some counter and Peter switches up styles and still whups Batman, Batman calls Alfred to rescue him and take him to the Batcave.
How can you say spiderman has same experience as batman when he’s younger and less time fighting crime than batman.
Batman has an obsession with crime; this obsession force him to concerntrate his whole life and everything he has in fighting crime; spiderman ? not really;
Spiderman do not develop his own style or anything; he is just like the flash and superman or any superhero with power using their power to fight; it has no style; it nont depend on Human body weakness or defending yourself.
Spiderman also not genius intelligent lv; he’s just brilliant in crafting. Because we are talking about human; there are different type of intelligent; a genius policeman not likely to be able to create a supermoblie car; a genius tatician not really be able to develop new material; and reverse ^_^.
And do you really think batman use batarang just throw it straight to spiderman face or just wait for it to come arounf and hit spiderman in the back ? ^_^ Used your imagination.

bruce wayne is no simple guy
he is= latest technology +martial arts +more exp fighting bad guys +a dark history .+super rich +no superhuman powers ,but a life dedicated to good of man.
after each fight each encounter he alwaya improves his style and way of dealing with enemies .This makes him always prepared in case he isnt , he goes back , and he finds their weak spot AFTER RESEACH , AND HE WILL STRIKE BACK

he dosent ponder over his enemies or the tactics he uses , he dosent f#cking prepare or plan, which may be okay in case fighting gainst bad guys but aginst bat man!
and peter has a weakness his family , while bruce has none
