Superman Vs Sephiroth

I think this match falls into a ‘Clash of the Titans’ type category. With both of them being practically indestructible and impervious to just about everything, how could these two face each other and have a decided outcome?

Sephiroth having his sword is the only thing that makes me think he will win, without it this would be a tie.
Super man has only kryptonite as his weakness, i think that it’ll be well known. thing is sephiroth could use a kryp tipped arrow os sword or what ever the hell he uses

superman is cool. He can fly, hit stuff, has heat vison, and is near invicable. Now sephiroth is bad @$$. He can fly, cut stuff in half, has ice, fire, earth, poison, lighting, spells, can say a coulpe of words that can almost kill you, summon metors from the sky, and is pretty close to invicable, and when he is close to death, he can heal himself. Superman has a very bad weakness, a.k.a kyrptonite. Sepritoh has no real weakness sephiroth’s sowerd is 6 feet long, and he swings it as if it was a pen. The sowerd can also can only be carried by septitoh. Sephiroth is also incredably smart and intellagent. So superman has no chance.

Look, it doesnt matter how powerful Sephiroth is, he can’t hurt Superman without Kryptonite.
The one way to see is to play Heros unlimited rpg. Make superman and sephiroth then just roll the dice.
Pre Crisis Superman would just slaughter Sephiroth. Sephiroth destroys a solar system with his full power, something PC Superman does with a sneeze.
Superman was able to hold a black hole in the palm of his hand, survived a nuclear blast while literally laying in a mountain of kryptonite and has survived an explosions capable of nuking an entire galaxy without so much as a scratch. Galaxies, not planets. Galaxies. Trillions of stars.
No way some generic anime fag will win.

I’m going to go with superman here. As insanely powerful as sephiroth is, I don’t think he’d stand that much of a chance against the world’s most iconic superhero. That and Sephiroth is extremely overrated. I’d like to see what would people say about Wonder Woman vs. sEphiroth. There’s this one guy on another vs. forum that says she can beat him in one punch.
