Galactus Vs Unicron

A true heavyweight battle here. Basically, two demi-gods who are known for destroying entire planets. Both are tremendously gifted as part of their creation was to bring balance to their respective universes.
After the dust settles, which one is left standing?

Galactus has been defeated before, in many different ways, by different people, Unicron however, can only be destroyed by the matrix (no, not the one with Neo, the Matrix of Leadership/Creation Matrix).
Or, seeing as Galactus is in the Marvel universe, then we could use the Marvel version of Unicron for this fight, (who is a god, and managed to actually destroy the entire universe).
Either way, I think it’s Unicron for the win.

even in his weakest form it took Fantastic Four, the Avengers, and Doctor Strangeto defeat him,and i think terrax.
usualy i takes strong people like his own heralds to defeat him.
im not sure about destroying a universe cuz galactus only devour’s planets when he is hungry.
but he has the ultimate nullifier which allows him to destroy anybody so i think galactus wins
Galactus has the silver surfer to his advantage. But instead of fighting this two decide its only fair to have a planet eating contest to determine the true winner. and after 640 planets Unicorn is full and cant handle Galactus dip and dunk in water technique.
this argument has always fascinated me, primarily because theyre both essentially demigods who eat planets to kill time between the ends of universes. since galactus is basically neutral and unicron is completely, unequivocally evil, id bet on unicron to use some seriously underhanded sh!t to win the fight. plus as a child of the 80s, i gotta go with transformers for the win.
If it’s between these two, I would have to give this to Galactus. He did get defeated by the Fantastic Four, the Advengers, and other heroes, but it took them a lot of work to do so.
One thing I don’t get about Unicron is that only the Matrix can defeat him. He is, basically, a big machine so it is possible for him to shut down to a good sized EMP or a computer virus. And if there was an attack that can destroy a planet, ala DBZ, wouldn’t that mean the same for him?
Galactus, weakened, took a full Omega Blast from Darkseid and didn’t blink. He created the Silver Surfer, who is one of Marvel’s most powerful characters. Who did Unicron make? Galvatron? Outside the movie and the series that follows, when was the last time you heard of him?
i have no idea who would win but i do know the the reason unicron is so powerful is because he is unaffected by emps explosions ect. because only the matrix can destroy him. for those of you that don’t know the matrix when open is like a Q bomb from starship troopers but it only affestes unicroin. so what ever who wins?
Galactus FTW. So what if Unicron can’t be hurt by EMP, neither can Galactus. He’s invincible, from the universe before ours, and he has Silver Surfer. Don’t make me whip out my Marvel encyclopedia.
There are actually two parts of Unicron. The matrix destroyed the “spirit” of unicron.
