Arbiter Vs Predator

Arbiter Vs Predator

Much requested match up here. I think think this would be a fairly even battle with a slight edge going towards the Predator. Sure The Arbiter has the energy sword, but he’ll need to get close enough to use it!

How does this one end?

I have to give the win to the predator here. The can both go invisible but I doubt that would stop the predators heat sensing abilities. Plus the predator is built bigger and was grown to be a warrior. His whole race is warriors. How about Arnold Schwarzenegger character john from the movie predator vs. the Arbiter or The terminator vs. some people.

    WINNER: PREDATOR
LOSER: Arbiter “time to get branded again”

I think the Arbiter would have a edge in melee combat due to his Energy Sword. But if it comes down to long range, with Arbiter having only the sword, then i think Predator wins, unless the Arbiter could somehow dodge his shoulder cannon.

This is kind of a tough one… I mean, the predator was be killed by Arnold Schwarzenegger after all, right? Well I think anyone who’s played halo or read the books knows Arnold would either, get a sword through his back, have his neck snapped or just get his rib cage smashed in if he ever faced any elite.

But then again Arby isn’t just any elite, you know? Before he was branded, he was one of the very best and most highly honored of all elite. Which if you read the book is also a race of highly intelligent aliens who were chosen to be the protectors of the prophets because the whole race was constantly training for martial and physical perfection *Thought you’d like to know that*.

Not to mention that an Elite is near 9 feet tall, stronger then the Master Chief *who consequently could break a predator in two* and has skin that is almost completely bulletproof. Also let’s not forget that Arby was meant to be the covenants answer to Master Chief, so supposedly they should be near equals, right? and I think if Arnold can kill a predator and survive then master Chief or Arby would kill it, gut it, stuff and mount it in there space ship, and keep that wrist bomb as a souvenir from whichever planet that killed it on.

the arbiter is just that much better than the predator don’t forget arby has shields so it would take at least 2 plasma cannons and arby usually has two plasma rifles so ill give this one too arby but still predator has a chance maybe a good fight would be one the the predator leaders with max weapons vs master chief or arby because you might as well but a normale elite against a normale predator you know what i mean?

this is like game master chief and book master chief…. in the films predetors that were shown we the lowest for of them you could get. They have headed to earth to preform a rite of passage to become men by hunting their first soft meat- people. USing these then you are saying arbiter vs a child predator which is not fair. In the expanded universe they are hard nuts and would nail arbiter. IN the films you see the hunting weapons which arn’t very good to make it harder to hunt the hard and soft meats but in the expanded universe he weapons they go to war with are…well lets just say that they put the HALO weapons on a level with a cork gun.

in summary child predator vs arbiter- close call
adults hardened predator with a good skull collection vs arbiter and arbiter is just another skull in the trophy room right next to that human in the green shell

    Lol
    Humanoid with green artificial exoskeleton…
Anyway. I don’t know great deal about the predator universe, but I do know, as previously stated, that the ones that visit earth are the weaker end of the spectrum…
I do not think that the “right of passage” level predator is even close to on par with the arbiter. The young predator just doesn’t have enough combat experience.Perhaps a well seasoned Predator, even if he is better, is a closer match then a child vs the arbiter.
    In addition:
I would need to know more, however the technology of the predators still seems less advanced, in terms of weapons and ships, than that of the Covenant. Still I could be wrong, but that’s the message I am getting from what I have seen in the movies.

I think the predator would win because he is strong he can jump really high and he has the shoulder cannon. and it also depends on the weapons the Arbiter gets if he gets like the sniper rifle of a rocket launcher he might win. And if he gets a sticky grenade and sticks the predator its game over. But you also have to remember that the predator has that net thing that tightens until it crushes you.

    Arbiter-65% chance of winning
    Preator(young)-35% chance of winning

Predator may very well outsmart The arbiter but the odds are against him. An older more experienced predator will using arbiter’s skull for an ashtray after taking him out.

guys the arbiter had a covenant carbine in halo 3…

Well, I think this is fairly similar to the Chief vs. Predator.

Basically, if it was the Arbiter vs. an inexperienced predator, as seen during most of the films, Arby would come out on top easily. Against a more experienced predator the fight could go either way. Both are Aliens who are born for fighting, the predators culture revolves around hunting while the Elites filled the role of warriors (and nothing else) in the Covenant for centuries, if not millennia.

if i was arbiter, id stick him with a grenade if the pred has that shoulder gun the arbiter should get the fuel rod
