Xena Warrior Princess vs Achilles (Troy)

Xena Warrior Princess vs Achilles

Here’s an interesting match-up. A god against a god-slayer. I think Xena has the advantage since she would know exactly where to attack - whereas Achilles has to fight and protect his known weakness.

How would this battle play out?

    Xena does have a slight advantage but I believe Achilles would be able to just beat her down into the ground after a couple failed attacks by Xena.

    WINNER: ACHILLES

    BIGGEST LOSER: XENA

    Achilles is invulnerable apart from his heel, so unless Xena knows this (which she doesn’t), it’s going to be just like Rob says.

    Off topic but that’s a pretty strange picture you would chose for Xena. I was expecting her traditional armor.

    @angela - Yes, it was from a wallpaper, we always look for non-traditional images found elsewhere on the web - especially when a combatant gets popular. Admin

    Well Xena is very observant, and if she was fighting against Achilles she was going to find his weak point and hit him there in the right moment

    When, not including this situation, is it prudent, in battle, to attack an adversary in the ankle in search for a weakness? How is that logical? If she doesn’t know where the weakness is she is in for it. Also the mythological Achilles is way more powerful.

    Achilles hands down, Watch Troy and you’ll see that hes the man at his job.

    According to the Greek Myth…Achilles is bathed in the river Styx…but his heel isn’t wet…but he’s totally impervious

    Xena has fought Gods, Demigods and Demons, and always had found their weak point, so why it would be different with Achilles?

    because you usually cant kill someone by hitting them in the ankle. xena would be dead before she even got close to finding his weak spot

    All right guys in reality Achilles wasn’t really immortal. He was just an extremely skilled warrior, people called him invinsible except for the heel because that was how he died, he killed many foes in battle and during one battle an enemy came up behind him while he was attacking someone else and slashed his heel, he turned and killed the man but soon after he bled to death. The real story of Achilles!

    some of u r really under estimating xena. in my opinion…and according to my analysis. after a big long fight….xena would still emerge as the victor. and Achilles might be immortal but killing xena is not esier then killing a god. many warriors, monsters, demonds, gods, immortlas….tried to kill xena but unfortunatlly she emerged as the victor

    if xena found some of the gods weak spots mabey thats because they where noticeable. but who would ever think to have a weak spot in the heel. well acually his tendon was slash not his heel.

    it is difficult for Achilles to defeat xena, as much as its difficult for xena to defeat him….but according to thier skills, agility, and speed…..xena would win

    Well with the fact that Xena helped Troy out, I find it hard to believe these two would ever battle it out. But I must say even as a God…been there, done that…Xena once again. Give it up, no matter who her opponent, she prevails. :D

    @PBODY “Well with the fact that Xena helped Troy out, I find it hard to believe these two would ever battle it out.”

    Do you even know the Story of Troy at all? I dont expect you to be insightful of Homer’s Illiad, but at least watch the different movies and implementations of it.

    Xena helps Troy, alright. No biggie. Achiles is AGAINST Troy. Lemme do the simple math for you using your own terms:

    Xena = Troy
    Achilles = Greece
    Xena + Achilles = Battle!
    Reading = Profit

    Too many Fangirls of Xena in this place. The idea of Xena is alright, but she is no match for many, many favorites in this site. Contrary to what your team-swapping fantasies force you to voice.

    In this case, I beleive both wariors are in similar standing conceptually. However, given the performances in their respective show/movie, I say Xena gets out-classed by the more fluent Achilles. She is just so damned stiff.

    Bottom line? Achilles snatches the Chackram mid air with a fancy spear thrust maneuver, and flings it right back at the Warrior Princess taking her pretty little head.

    Then drags her JUICY limp body with his glorious chariot.
