Akrids (Lost Planet) Vs Starhip Trooper Bugs

While it may be a sad statement on my part, I have yet to play Lost Planet, so it would be unfair for me to pick the bugs from Troopers based on a little research. So, I’ll sit back and watch the community determine the winner.

Which side would win?

Starship trooper bugs win because they have biggest leader ever! I saw starship troopers 3 (even though when starship troopers 2 came out the whole series went downhill) 3 was slightly better but still not theater worthy. Any way at the end the real leader of the bugs came out and he was literally the size of a mountain.

And the brain bugs used psychic powers to literally make everyone’s head explode in the 3rd movie so you could only imagine the terror the almighty bug god will cause amoung the akrids. If you think I’m lying buy the 3rd movie or even look for it on youtube

@ sangheli_special_ops_elite wow i never knew there was a third movie i couldnt even manage to sit through the 2nd one but i do know the akrid have some pretty tough bugs not sure how they would compare against the boss your talking about ill have to check it out

There it was on comercial last year so grandma picked it up……strange she likes all those sci-fi movies. As for the second movie it trashed the whole series the third movie was slightly better but still sucked badly plus it was awkward because most of the movie there was an athiest girl and christian girl arguing throught the movie for obvious reasons. You could find it but it would be a waste of 5 bucks.

strange thing about starship troopers 3 the bugs were throwing grenades how I don’t know it just showed these egg looking things falling open like the eggs from alien then blow up.

I personaly think akrids look cooler but now starship trooper bugs have been enhanced. Now they have scorpians that shoot some lazer thing out their tail and they have bugs that set flat out retarded traps. For example they were walking through a desert and these statues that looked like 3 legs coming out the ground were everywere then some guy stands right in the middle of one then the rocks turn out to be legs than those legs and pull him underground. All the other legs stay still like someone is gonna fall for that again. FAIL

this movie tried to bring back the epic battles that made 1 good but they over did it and skrewed it up.

I’ll just spoil the movie at the end the bug god eats a guy who thinks the bug god is the true god then when hes about to eat the christian and athiest girls these mech assult rip offs come in kill thousands of bugs than scare away the bug god.
At the end the athiest sees the robots timely rescue as a miracle and turns christian and gets married in a church.

except you missed the fact the flame frome the tanker bugs are highly corrosive dicharge and is also contains plasmic properties!

ST bugs FTW. I love how we are starting to use things from Starship Troopers. The book is way better than the movie.
