    Not really looking forward to it, especially being a fan of the original I-V! series. Oh, if they screw this up………

    Kind of generic poster in my opinion.

    @thesorrow
    Indeed. Also good to see you again. Haven’t been on lately

    Thanks Primus, sometimes I just don’t feel like debating. Typically I’ll comeback if I see something interesting, or if someone is being really stupid.

    It’s interesting to say the least, saw it the other day, not an exciting one but then we don’t know what the hell the plot might be.

    What’s he doing in a Cornfield?

    Also, nice sky, with that many astrological bodies up there in close proximity, the gravitational stresses would be unbelievable. Still, guess it looks nice and all.

    @Ruliya
    Looking for potential Force Users on an agricultural planet? seems likely anyway

    My previous post was from the Zayne Carrick KotOR series (I’m hoping for a movie of that)

  11. The Guardian in the TARDIS January 29, 2013 at 12:21 pm -      #12

    honestly so long as they draw from the EU I’m going to be happy.

    didn’t say it would happen, just posting another movie poster.

  14. Praetor Prefect (who knows where his towel is) January 29, 2013 at 1:22 pm -      #16

    I was just joking, although he is supposedly reprising his role *facepalm*

  15. Motor314 January 29, 2013 at 2:12 pm -      #17

    what do you guys think the movie will be about?

  16. Professor ParaLowk January 29, 2013 at 2:16 pm -      #18

    “what do you guys think the movie will be about?”

    The troubles of a galaxy far, far away. Also it will have at the least one lightsaber and something about jedi’s or the sith.
    I think all the normal stuff in star wars is being put into the game Star Wars: 1313.

  17. The Guardian in the TARDIS January 29, 2013 at 2:23 pm -      #19

    If Hamill really is reprising his role, then likely it’ll be something based after the the fall of the empire, if we’re lucky it’ll be based on stories out of the EU, if done right at least they could making it the passing of the torch to the next generation (the Solo and Skywalker children and other young Jedi) during the Vong wars.

  18. Praetor Prefect (who knows where his towel is) January 29, 2013 at 2:25 pm -      #20

    I hope it is KOTOR (but not game kotor)

  19. Professor ParaLowk January 29, 2013 at 2:48 pm -      #21

    Why is it that we only get games trailers and cutscenes that look like this and not actual movies?

    “I hope it is KOTOR (but not game kotor)”

    You mean like set in that time period.

    I thought they said they were bringing Darth Vader back… I doubt it’ll be from any of the already set EU stories. And as far as I know the original 3 will be in it, but not in any major roles.

  21. Praetor Prefect (who knows where his towel is) January 29, 2013 at 2:56 pm -      #24

    If they are serious about Vader I’m not watching it

  22. The Guardian in the TARDIS January 29, 2013 at 3:03 pm -      #25

    That’s why I said if he’s reprising his role and not just in it as a cameo of sorts like that episode of Next Generation where Shatner showed up but wasn’t Kirk.
    Plus there were a couple of instances of Vader sort of appearing but not quite in the EU, Anakin’s force ghost showed up a couple of times, and once helped Jacen Solo overcome an opponent.
    Cade was once approached as Luke’s ghost who took on his dark side form then morphed into Vader’s ghost who dueled Cade, Vader then took off his mask revealing his burned face to warn Cade about the consequences of the Dark Side. So Vader doesn’t mean he’ll appear truly physically.

  23. The Guardian in the TARDIS January 29, 2013 at 3:04 pm -      #26

    Also one time when Jaina and Jacen were forced to duel at the Shadow Acadamey they were wearing helmets that made them see the other as Darth Vader, so another loophole way to do it and it not be screwed up.

  24. Richard Rider January 29, 2013 at 3:06 pm -      #27

    They should bring back Darth Maul one more time…

  25. Epicazeroth January 29, 2013 at 3:19 pm -      #28

    Lolwut? KotOR? That’s like 4K years BBY. Shouldn’t Episode VII be after VI?

    The good news if they don’t use an EU story (besides the fact that it will be something already done) is that it may get rid of some of the stupid EU plotlines.

  26. Praetor Prefect (who knows where his towel is) January 29, 2013 at 3:24 pm -      #29

    Wouldn’t that be Anakin an not Vader?

  27. The Guardian in the TARDIS January 29, 2013 at 3:31 pm -      #30

    @Praetor
    some of the instances were but I don’t really know the specifics. the one with Cade at least is Vader.
    @Epic
    “(besides the fact that it will be something already done)”
    because no movies have ever been based on books before?

  28. Richard Rider January 29, 2013 at 3:39 pm -      #31

    I hope the new Star Wars doesn’t have any Disney sh*t mixed into it or I’m gonna pissed!

  29. Praetor Prefect (who knows where his towel is) January 29, 2013 at 4:10 pm -      #32

    Oh, and notice the lens flare in the pic. Definitely JJ Abrams’ work.

    Because something that detailed takes a long ass time to make and is pretty expensive. If you scale that up for a full length movie…

    I would like to know when you do auditions do you do the first audition through Skype? Then if you like the person will there be another interview? I have audition tomorrow on Skype and I want to make sure this is what I am interviewing for.
