What’s funny is that I totally forgot Mr. Satan has in terms of feats, but I will say this, a pro wrestler fighting with someone who uses lethal force and is extremely proficient at it will lead to some problems for satan.

I just refreshed my memory on Hercule, and I totally forgot he took even casual hits from cell and buu, in addition to this, he has taken countless hits from other saiyans that sent him flying and even breaking walls in the process. With these toughness feats, I think he actually might beat Rorshach in the long run.

Yeah, he survives in the DBZ verse as a normal human, he’s got to have some massive strength and durability compared to more realistic depictions of humans.

Even though Hercule acted a bit cowardly in the tournament during Buu Saga that’s only because the Z fighters were involved and he knew what they were really capable of, champ or not who would want to willingly fight any of them if you didn’t have similar abilities?
Hercule was champ for several years, surely not all of it was bought off.

When you look at his durability feats he’s actually very strong. It’s just he tends to be up against guys who are so far into superhuman he hasn’t a chance. I don’t think Rorschach has much of a chance.

Then again so does Rorschach, he is above average strenght and Rorschach is well versed in street combat, gymnastics, and boxing. He is also extremely stoic, as shown by his indifference to pain and discomfort. So he is also above average human condition also.

His title of worlds strongest fighter is likely well deserved, however after the Cell Saga he’s confronted with the fact that he’s running around claiming to be the strongest flea when there’s a gorilla on steroids saving the world when he isn’t looking. It’s the kind of thing that shakes your confidence when it happens right in front of you. And even after that he was willing to when the Z fighters were gone try to confront Buu knowing full well Buu could destroy him with a pinky finger.

Even if it was true it couldn’t be used.
Hercule is a slightly above normal human.
He’s not going to be taking any kind of blast from kid buu unless the blast was the equivalent of a gust of wind.

Hercule, feats being comedic or not, may have that going for him, keep in mind he is against Rorschach.

Rorschach is tactfully brilliant as he is able to adapt objects he finds into makeshift weapons. Including his Gas Powered Grappling Hook that could double as a Harpoon Gun.

In the World of DragonBall Z, Mr.Satan is the best fighter in the world (that has not mastered the use of KI), I know M.Satan is to be taken as a comedy character but he isn’t going up against an opponent that gets the comedy factor out of him, perhaps in this fight we will see him go serious and all out.

In a straight up, no weapons match Mr. Satan would easily defeat Rorschach.

Rorschach’s only hope would be to get in a dirty shot or sucker punch and then wail on him. But Hercule would dodge it because of his high reflexes, or just absorb the hit, even if it was a surprise.
And that is in spite of the fact that Rorschach is smarter and dirtier that Mr. Satan.

Movie Script:
Mr. Satan is waiting in line for food. Rorschach cuts in line and threatens to beat up the cashier because he thinks she might have info on a criminal or something.
Mr. Satan goes up and tells Rorschach to stop or he will face the might of a world champ (then he flexes).
Rorschach knows who Hercule is and how strong he is. Rorschach tells Mr. Satan that the girl is evil and then lies by saying that since Mr. Satan is so smart he should know this. Mr. Satan falls for this and turns around to brag to everyone, but that he will apprehend the cashier instead.
At this moment Rorschach rushes to kick him in the nuts but Hercule uses his decades of martial arts reflexes, sees it coming and does a spinning kick.
Rorschach gets up and throws a chair at Mr. Satan. He deflects is but Rorschach gets close and tries to use his index and middle finger to poke out Mr. Satan’s eyes. But he blocks it with his hand and punches him a shit load of times. Rorschach tries to block them but misses some and the others force their way through.
Rorschach falls to the ground stone cold. Mr. Satan turns around, brags about how he is the greatest, and the cashier quietly sneaks out, rips off her cashier’s uniform to reveal a skimpy and inappropriate femme fatale costume, laugh manically, and runs off.

lol! while that movie script was entertaining and all, i dont think that is what will happen. as was stated Rorschach has abnormal strength and can take a punch.
He also wields a weapon witch would makes things more difficult for Hercule..
Although most of the Hercule feats were meant for comic relief he sure is a power person. stronger that humans that i can say..
He sure can take a punch..

That is pretty average. Hercules can pratically take punches, but not give them.
Mike Tyson was know to punch at 300psi.

Since the manga scans are usually scanlations, they’re not all that reliable. Finding a japanese version may provide a better idea of what the unit for 137 is.
