I would say that Bond has access to more resources then Jack Reacher (As far as I know), he has the support of MI6 and they basically do whatever they want…

I had intended it to be a bar fight(no weapons). But another location is a shoot out within the London Underground. Loadouts: Both have a P99 and an assault rifle.

My money would be on Reacher.

Bond was written (and filmed) as a rather british hero. Gritty, sure, but suave at the same time, controlled and a little cocky. As comfortable with a drink as with a gun, charming and a little too smarmy for his own good

Reacher is a whole different matter. Huge, powerful (often compared to a gorilla in terms of both strength and reach), brutally simple in his fights.

Basically put, it a fist fight, reacher would criplle bond. In a ranged fight, Reacher is more comfortable with larger weapons (He has awards in sniper-warfare or some description… escapes my memeory at the moment, noted in his second novel)

Bond seems more physically built, and has access to more gizmo’s, so I’d go for them.

Though reacher seems to have less authority to worry about. So would be close.
