Going with Darsh on this one. His spells can smash atoms together(I’ll find the name later, but I’m pretty sure he used it against a piece of Anthrasax[maybe the one lodged in a zombie cyclops]), and in close combat, he has Efreet, the MOST POWERFUL FIRE DEMON as his SWORD. Also, he has crazy regen powers.
I i dont recall much of shendu’s feats and never got a chance to read very far into Bastard!!
But Darsh should have the speed advantage, doging ninja master Garas supersonic sword swings
I’ve heard that DS is insanely powerful, but this is pre-time skip. Hmm…
really surprised this isn’t getting more attention. then again same could be said for Thanos vs Superman…
“really surprised this isn’t getting more attention. then again same could be said for Thanos vs Superman…”
-
Well, both characters here are fairly obscure. While the Pile advocates new characters/series being introduced, nobody really pays attention to something they don’t really know about. Bastard!!! is unfortunately very vague to most here as opposed to somewhere like the OBD.
-
As for Thanos vs Superman, its generally decided that Thanos should win against Post Crisis Superman considering he’s smarter, and powerful enough to defeat him head on. Hard to tip the scale to anyone there as New 52 is stomped, and Pre-Crisis and Prime likely win.
Also, Stealth hasn’t shown up yet to give information to either side as he’s the site Bastard!!! guru.
From what i can remember
Darsh can blow up a castle, survive standing in the middle of that castle while its being destroyed
cast shields that survive the same attack
he also regenerates
Oh yay! Another one of mine!
-
Anyways, by Pre Time Skip version of Darsh, I mean the one who isn’t an FTL galaxy busters, anyways I gave some Darsh feats on his match against Thor, I’ll give some later, although he can summon a 100,000 ton stone golem and destroy all organic matter within a body with his Venom spell for starters
Oh, and its nice to see Shendu in another match
@Stealth

My gravatar? Yup, its Sanguinius. 40K’s second resident bishounen basically
Cool, i was just checking to see if i guessed right.

This is what i got about shendu from the JCA wiki
“Shendu’s twelve powers were the twelve talismans. He had the power of super strength, levitation and telekinesis, super speed, combustion and pyrokinesis, animal shapeshifting, laser beam vision, invisibility, healing and regeneration, astral projection, spiritual balance, immortality, and the rat talisman maintains his reanimated form. Though he can be reanimated by other means, it is only through the talismans that he can be resurrected to his full potential.
Even without the powers of the talismans, Shendu is impervious to non-magical weapons, even modern ones like high-powered laser cannons and rocket launchers. Because of his great size, he also has immense strength. In Day of the Dragon, Shendu commented to an Ox talisman-holding Jackie that he is just a very strong mouse compared to him. Also, like most dragons, he has the power to breathe fire, even when in statue form. Also in that same day he showed his ability to summon his dragon minions.
Also (being a demon sorcerer) he posses great magical abilities, by the use of incantations or magic potions. He has also been seen casting spells or creating magical artefacts without incantations or potions (like a magic lasso or small sceptre to find his talismans) , even when he was trapped in the form of a statue.
In a possessed human body, Shendu has enhanced physical abilities, can leap great heights, and breathe fire.
It is hinted throughout the series that he is not only the most intelligent of the Demon Sorcerers but also the most powerful among his brethren and, even after Drago absorbed all of the Demon Chi, Shendu was still able to fight him effectively after his full power was restored.
“
Via powerscaling Shendu can also toss tanks and level small sections of mountains with the Ox Talisman and can run across entire cities in seconds and he can fly supersonic (he also flew from San Francisco to China with the Rooster Talisman)
Okay, Shendu’s twelve talismans are
-
Rat: Power and ability of Animation. “Motion to the Motionless” Gives inanimate objects life. The animated object takes on the personality, powers and abilities of the person or thing it’s modeled after. A Quetzalcoatl (sun god) statue could fly and shoot fire balls and the Lo Pei statue knew chi magic. When Shendu was under the spell of Lo Pei, this Talisman was required to maintain his form, if the Talismans were used to free him from statue form. Can also deanimate objects or people when removed.
-
Ox: Power and ability of Super Strength. It greatly strengthened Jade to superhuman levels. Can also strengthen objects.
-
Tiger: Power and ability of Balance (the spiritual kind, not the literal kind.) When activated, it splits the user’s positive and negative halves (Yin and Yang) into two separate beings, each holding a half of the Talisman. Can also be used to find the “other half” of a broken object. The two beings rejoin when they reunite the broken Talisman. Shendu claims it is “the glue which binds the others together.”
-
Rabbit: Power and ability of Super Speed. When combined with the levitation Talisman, it gives the user the power of supersonic flight.
-
Dragon: Power and ability of Combustion. Allows highly destructive and explosive pure fiery energy to be discharged from the Talisman. The dragon Talisman fuses to the wielder’s hand. Found in a volcanic cave,it is shown to draw power from the users emotions.
-
Snake: Power and ability of Invisibility. The only draw back is that Shadowkhan, and various Magical items designed for locating, can see the user despite being invisible.
-
Horse: Power and ability of Healing/Renewal. “The noble horse of a knight” can “expel all alien forces within,” curing the user of illness (foreign bodies), and can also heal physical injuries, repair broken objects, and instantly relieve physical pain and disorientation.
-
Sheep: Power and ability of Astral Projection, or the ability to remove the soul from the body (and others too) and wander as an invisible spirit. While projecting, the wielder is able to enter another person’s dreams. Although you can’t hurt a person’s astral form, if two or more users are both astral then they can do damage to each other (As seen when Chow fought Jackie) and the user’s body is susceptible to all damage when the astral user returns to the body (i.e. Hak Foo during his fight with Tohru).
-
Monkey: Power and ability of Shape-shifting. Grants the ability to change the shape of yourself or others into different animals, Just Animals nothing else. Any item/person/animal may be changed into the shape of any animal by saying the name of the intended animal’s shape, the effect can be reversed be pointing the talisman at an effected object or person and saying “Change Him, Her, or Me Back”.
-
Rooster: Power and ability of Levitation. The user of this Talisman will have the ability to levitate objects into the air as well as his/herself. Combining this Talisman with the rabbit Talisman will allow the person to achieve supersonic flight. It also grants the user telekinesis.
-
Dog: Power and ability of Immortality. “The dog talisman is best friend to man, it restores youthful energy to its holder, and grants eternal life.” It also prevents death.
-
Pig: Power and ability of Heat Vision. “Heat Beam Eyes” Allows the user to expel unusually strong and powerful beams of pure yellow-colored heat energy from their eyes.
(taken from wikipedia but it’s right, I remember these powers from the show)
Due to the immortality of the dog talismen and the infinite regen of the horse talismen, i dont see schneider being able to win this. even if he managed to overpower shendu, shendu can just pay the waiting game. it becomes shendu waiting him out, using godlike powers all the way. and lets not forget that shendu’s normal form is a 12-14 ft bipedal dragon.
I think Shendu wins, especially if he gets all the stuff in his castle. Then it’s probably a stomp unless DS gets like the mask first.
-
What are DS’ attack powers? Shendu can probably just transform DS into a chinchilla.
If DS removes the talismans some how couldn’t he win?
“I think Shendu wins, especially if he gets all the stuff in his castle. Then it’s probably a stomp unless DS gets like the mask first.”
+
Shendu already “has” the mask, he uses magic to tap into its powers.
=
Never got the whole mountain busting thing, which episode has that?
“Never got the whole mountain busting thing, which episode has that?”
-
I heard that claim on Shendu vs Kratos. Although I also hear it was a small ledge or whatever. I think it might have been Season 3
-
“If DS removes the talismans some how couldn’t he win?”
-
Well, since Shendu wouldn’t be able to even move without the rat talisman and without the dog, he’s not immortal, then yes
He can move without the Rat. And he still has Horse without Dog. How would DS remove them?
“He can move without the Rat”
-
Err, whut? He’d be a statue without the Rat Talisman
-
Anyways the point was if Darsh could remove the talismans he could win, as CS asked, that said I’m not sure how he’d do this, since Shendu’s weakness is fairly vague
@Stealth
When does Time Skip start, is that after Anthrasax? Sadly I only have up to volume 14, so I know next to nothing of the stuff after the Ark battle.
Uh, no, he was turned into a statue by a spell. His natural form is the Demon Sorcerer dragon one. He only needs the Rat if he’s under Lo Pei’s spell.
“Uh, no, he was turned into a statue by a spell”
-
Yes I know that, I was referring the the end of season 1 where when Jackie removed the Rat Talisman Shendu was reduced to a statue
-
“He only needs the Rat if he’s under Lo Pei’s spell.”
-
Oh, I get it now
-
“When does Time Skip start, is that after Anthrasax?”
-
Yeah, it starts after that, I think
Anyways there’s Darsh’s “Venom” spell:

Don’t forget Black Sabbath Rising(Fusion bomb inside a force field) and Exodus(Pillar of flame, 20,000+ degree heat).
Black Sabbath also has temperatures of several million degrees (can give scan if needed)
