Edgar Bug Vs 1,000 Zombies

Edgar Bug Vs 1,000 Zombies

Suggested by Joseph Seibold
Edgar (Men in Black) lands on earth, infested with zombies. Before he can get back to his ship and leave, a horde of 1,000 zombies come at him.

(Zombies are the ones from Dawn of the Dead remake.)

Does Edgar survive?

I’d say alien bugs vs. zombies works for Halloween. If I recall correctly, Edgar survived having someone shoot from inside of him with a high powered energy weapon, but still, the numbers he’s against are pretty crazy. Does he get access to any roaches?

Giant alien insect vs horde of dead guys. I think Edgar has this, but I don’t know if the Dawn of the Dead zombies have anything special to them.

I’m rooting for the giant cockroach.

    They run rather than walk.

If this was house of the dead zombies he would be dead.

Its dependent on the terrain. If edgar has something to climb up to rest he’ll eventualy win (unless he gets unluckily bitten or eats one). if he has nowhere to rest up he’ll eventualy tire and be swarmed under.

Actually a critical part is how much info does he have about the zombies. If he doesnt know the specifics he may eat a few and if he does he’s dead. I dont think basic factpile info would go beyond them being reanimated corpses.

Let assume that ed is immune to zombies infection, just like zombies infection doesn’t work with normal insects

-I agree that he wouldn’t know better, but it’s very unlikely that he’d take the extra time to eat any zombies considering the sheer number of them. The movie showed him quite willing to simply knock opponents away.

I’d imagine the fight would be rather extended whichever way it goes, so its conceivable he might get peckish.

Too true. If it’s toward the end of the battle it may not even make a difference, depending on how fast the transformation works.

I have to wonder if the zombies could actually hurt Edgar honestly. Then again I don’t recall any showings of durability in regards to him taking hits form anything more than a flaming piece of wood.

I would think his strength alone would make him invulnerable to any harm zombie limbs might deal to him. Plus, he could just climb up where they can’t reach him and use his superior reach to pick them off one by one.

I have to agree with Khazit, we don’t honestly know if the zombie virus would infect Edgar, or for that matter if it wouldn’t. There isn’t anything to use as a basis of either claim. No other living creatures were attacked in Dawn of the Dead, it was only humans, shown when they used that dog to send the gunshop owner supplies, and the zombies outright ignored it.

Well he is an alien Roach,i wouldnt think he would get infected. (same train of thinking for vampires vs zombies on deadliest warrior,i was wrong there)

Ugh that episode of Deadliest warrior was the most hair pulling, and idiotic of them all. The vampire expert was obviously just pulling shit out of his ass, and it was okay because he made 30 days of night. *sighs* Vampires withe the bite strength of a crocodile, and capable of dislocating their jaws… really?

Yea not there best work…..at all.

I never liked Deadliest Warrior, at least not after that rigged Spartan vs Ninja. The ninja threw shards of glass in his EYES! HIS EYES!! The spartan isn’t going to see sh** after that.
