That’s what I said, we have Batman vs Captain America but no Hawkeye vs Green Arrow? These two are well matched and can match eachother shot for shot. It comes down to who is the most skilled, has the best aim, and has the best reflexes.

I should also note this is Las Vegas on a busy night, so large crowds to deal with. This will require stealth as much as archer firepower.

Personally I also like both, but I think Hawkeye has a slight edge since he has an arrow or two with anti adamantium Voltron tips that pump out enough electricity to KO Abomination. Looking for the scans right now.

They can’t just go off shooting each other immediately though. Being in Las Vegas means people, and both of them DO NOT want innocents to get hurt.

I think both of them would look for a more isolated place to fight. Most likely they won’t attack the other instantly, but rather they’ll first discuss where in Las Vegas they would battle.

Now my question is, who among them is more manipulative, that he can convince the other to fight in a place where he would have the advantage?

All of those combined means that, both Green Arrow and Hawkeye are both roughly not quite as good, but very close to, two people whom are pretty much equal to each other. Note that Batman admits that it is conceivable for the Cap’N to beat him; he does not say that the Cap’N would undoubtably win. Batman is just admiting that Cap’N was his equal. And since both archers are roughly just below both of these characters, they should be roughly equal to each other.

^ I don’t know much about either, though I’ve heard ultimate is more powerful. I’d assume we’d do the one with the better tricks, as GA has quite a few.

On the quiver size I know at one point GA told canary he could fire 29 arrows per minute, so I’d assume he has at least that many in his quiver. Does hawkeye fight at melee using his bow or his hands?

Hawkeye has fought with his bow before, he uses it in some of the scans I posted. and as Ronin he was shown to be an expert with swords nunchuks bo staff and shurikan. He is also almost as good if not as good as Bullseye at throwing improvised weapons.

I’m guessing you don’t read much Ultimate Hawkeye comics. 616 is definitely more similar to GA, Ultimate uses guns quite often.

It seems like most of Hawkeye’s arrows are below GA’s standard, but I found out Hawkeye is a pretty good shot with non-standard weapons, as he throws Cap’s shield like a boomerang without practice, and Iron Man says 77 trained S.H.I.E.L.D agents tried and failed. I know that GA does the batman thing sneak attacking off rooftops, I assume hawkeye wouldn’t. being an avenger and all. Is that correct? I think that would give Ollie the edge in a hunt-kill scenario.

That’s at least a couple football fields, and only a few inches off the bullseye, add in the AOE of an explosive arrow and Ollie can take down Clint at a safe distance.
