Pikachu can use his Games, Anime and Manga Powers and Attack/Feats.
The Battle Ground is in a Pokemon Stadium like the Anime.

Anyways initial bets with Blanka
All bets on composite pikachu.
I know this is because of deathbattles, but Blanka doesn’t really have anything impressive enough even for ash’s pikachu, you know the pikachu that cleaves through huge boulders like butter.
Then there is red’s pikachu which outclasses ash’s by several magnitudes taking out pokemon that would wipe citys off maps.
Not to mention the toonforce pikachu from original red.

We have 2 lightning types, of which one is a big strong hulk compared to a much smaller, fragile creature. I’d go with the big guy.

-I’m inclined to agree, considering they had Cloud Strife lose to Link. And the reason they had Blanka win was because he could resist pikachu’s electric attacks. They didn’t show any reasoning for it, though. Has Blanka ever been hit by as much electricity as pikachu can put out?
Wasn’t Ash’s Pikachu able to regularly blow up giant robots courtesy of Team Rocket, then take out a legendary Pokemon (Regice)?
Moreover, Pikachu’s power grows stronger when he’s exposed to more electricity or magnets (first episodes of Advanced Generation).

Ash’s Pikachu can effect ground types it’s a terrible excuse. And they brought stats into it for some weird reason.

Blanka barely ever does anything and was trained by dan, the worst fighter, that should tell you where he ranks.
The thing is, sometimes Pikachu when he is shown at the level he should be can overcome the whole resistance to electricity thing other pokemon have.
I agree they counted Pikachu out too soon. Since this is composite especially this Pikachu has seriously massive experience and power, and I bet he can win this.
A composite vs a non-composite? It is never fair for the non-composite. I think Blanka should get access to that too.

Considering what they had, it makes perfect sense. Cloud, in canon, is not a magic user like Terra is so he wouldn’t have access to the materia many would say he has because of preference.

Quite frankly I’d rather hazard Skywalker vs Tenchi Masaki if anyone asks me, but last time I checked no one who’s the Admiral or Dr. Doctor ever asks me! T_T

No last I checked, they die at the exact same time like at the same rate marbles(Link in this case) would fall next to bowling balls(Cloud in this case).

I digress, and I’ll just add how this is gonna take a while unless Pikachu shoots itself in the foot with non-electric attacks and gets devoured by Blanka.
why do they die at the exact same time?
cloud can cut links head off before he reacts. last calc i saw for cloud was mach 26 meaning he can cover 4km in roughly half a second
best calcs for link put him at just under mach one
since they should start within fighting distance ….
actualy 4km in just under a second is mach 13.4 so mach 26 should be alot faster

Because from what I’ve been hearing, that would be a complete stomp because Tenchi can light speed, reacting before the Force could make a move.

And don’t remind me. I tried to convince people not to have that match up. But no… And no, a tie would not end the bickering. Instead, more people will be complaining that their character wouldn’t win. That’s why draws are only for comedy moments (see Koopa/Goomba, Bever/Black, and Wily/Robotnik).

If they just made Luke Skywalker vs Tenchi Masaki a relatively ‘Pure’ Swordfight, it would have at least been a fair fight, or at least a lot fairer than Skywalker vs Potter turned out(They didn’t even state whether or not it was Pre-Endor Luke or Post-Endor Luke to be used if they were gonna use the E.U for crying outloud!)
Granted Skywalker would have probably wound up as the Dr. Fate to Tenchi’s Dr. Strange, but at least it might have been worth the teeth gritting somewhat.
They can’t even bring in the Ministry of Magic vs the dot hack universe’s CyberConnect(CC) Corporation, at least that Faction-vs-Faction fight has Badassitude potential going for it, one has to admit this.
I already named a fair few people Potter had better odds in fighting against if we’re talking about a ‘Pure’ Supernatural fight in the site, and while I don’t believe that DeathBattles as a sub-section of ScrewAttack.com is perfect, I thought they were more considerate than this, really. =_=’ (Guess no debating site is ever perfect, but c’mon!!!)
Yes, an individual version of Link might be one of them, I’m trying to refrain from digressions.
I’m already banging my head against the wall when it comes to hearing about Goku vs Superman, why not Superman vs Asura for crying outloud?(Unless they’re gunning for Animated Superman versions to be the only ones used vs Goku, I might be able to grit my teeth, though that’s not saying much!)

-I always thought he was a magic user, but regardless, he is much faster than Link, as Type-Fallstar said. That’s the problem I had with the Deathbattle match. There’s also that stupid scene where Link uses the hookshot to get his sword back while Cloud apparently just stands there, but that was a fluke in the first place.

Pikachu is from a childrens show where poeple survive explosions and falls from thousands of meters without a scratch. Where very few things make sense in the first place.
