Making his debut on the sit is Sol Badguy from Guilty Gear going up against Fate/ Zero Servants in their second battle on the site.
For this battle Sol will go up against each member of the group seperatel.
So how many can Sol take on?

Fuck yeah! Sol Badguy gets debutted!
-
Anyways I’m not too knowledgeable on the Servants so say who wins, but Sol Badguy is at least a hypersonic+ city+ buster with city+ level durability (or more) with a sword that can project flames (has proof if anyone be interested)
-
But he is rather lazy and holds back tremendously so…..
i actually just watched the soul fate stay series a couple of months ago, but if i remember correctly they wouldn’t be on par with Sol Badguy at all if what stealthranger says is true. maybe the avalon defense thing could help aurthuria(or whatever the chick king aurthers name was), but i don’t remember anything they did that would be on par with city busting attacks.
@MIke
Are you sure you watched Fate?I mean EA at full power destroys worlds.
@Steath
I think I’m going to hate you for this match up. From what you’ve describe on other threads Sol outclasses them in speed. How Hypersonic+ is this guy high end or low end?
which one is EA? last i saw of the series for which i thought ended it, was aurthuria fighting gilgamesh. when did anything even get beyond city block busting? aurthuria and gilgamesh’s previous fight only leveled part of a city by the time it was done iirc.
EA the sword Gilagamesh uses against Saber alone. It is classed as Anit-World can if he so chose destroy one. Hell Saber’s Anti-Fortress Excalibur can destroy any fortress just because it’s a fortress. But that is all for naught because Sol Badguy is Mach 300 low end which means he speed blitz and stomps. Also Avalon can’t be used Saber on;y got that in the Fate Route of Fate/Staynight. This is Fate/Zero the prequel.
ah. all i’ve seen is fate stay night. i do have to wonder what the point of planet busting is if you are confined to one planet though….lol.
@MIke
It’s a WORLDbuster though. Which means depending on your interpretation of the word WORLD it’s destruction could mean a planet or a universe.
“It’s a WORLDbuster though. Which means depending on your interpretation of the word WORLD it’s destruction could mean a planet or a universe.”
-that all depends on the context and still falls within my “lol” because he is still confined to one, making it a suicide move.
One interpretation makes it suicide another makes it Omnicide. It doesn’t help that the only context is that it’s a world destroyer. So really this depends on how you define the word World.
www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/world
-
as you can see, and as i said, it all depends on the surrounding context. might be good to find out if that guy is going be used in matches in the future(and now) if he has the power to end someones world by killing their parents, or killing their universe…..
Well he’s done it in series by destroying a Reality Marble.Which is basically a person’s inner world. They warp reality to create a dimension the represents them. He destroyed it just by charging Ea up. That blade returns the world to hell it was before it was created. The main problem I have with sword is that it’s description sounds like wank.
doesn’t sound like a measurable destruction feat then, just a specific way to mumbo jumboly destroy something with no physics to go by to determine what it took. like saying someone must be physically strong because they can rip a whole in reality; it might have nothing at all to do with strength, and just the specific ability to affect that specific thing. either way this fight seems to be pretty much decided by the speed of Sol and i’m not that interested in it anyway, so i’ll leave the discussion at that.
My whole point was that the sword is special so I don’t really know what your getting at.
your original claim that it was a world buster and the implication that it might be an actual planet buster by interpretation which would level the playing field at least somewhat on a power scale(but not speed).
Not a claim establish fact that it is a world buster. My claim was that the interpretation of the word world is what could increase it’s destruction capacity. Not that it matters this match is a stomp. We should just stop posting till Cross fixes it.

yep stomp, don’t know how it can be fixed without changing the entire scenario of the match though, and that’s kind of a no no and something Cross does quite often. not a diss on him or anything, just that his mind seems to wander about the possible matches when there is already one in front of him. that and the newest factpile rule of no rematches unless it’s a different scenario puts a shade of gray on twisting around existing matches beyond the usual gear adjustments.
When I say fix I mean equalize speed or something. Cross would want the fight to be fair some how.I think Cross would anyway.
I’d like to see this proof, all i know is the first games backstory and Potemkins+faust storylines.
Are we going to see proof of these things? I don’t want a repeat of Saint Seiya, where grandiose claims were made but feats were severely lacking.
@Your Majesty
I am not gonna lie, if it helps, Sol can win this match by merely beating ONE of the Servants in 1-vs-1 kombat.(Yes, this is a confirmed adjustment, in here!)
The problem in here?
I can’t figure out for the life of me WHICH of the Servants Sol can fight without either stomping or getting stomped all over the place.
Few feats for Sol.

Destroying a city-sized Gear before it reaches the ground as it falls from space with a quick blast while partially-transformed. From the same manga, he destroys a Skyscraper with a Gunflame in his fight with Ky.
Hard to find any sites that has the translations but there’s also another one in the novel where Sol transforms into a fiery form that causes the ground around him to erupt with magma while shrugging off bullets from people firing at him. It’s in Lightning the Argent.
From the same novel, Kliff Underson fought Hydra, a Megadeath Class Gear that laid waste to London and a few other cities. He fought it for 7 days straight before it was sealed away. Sol is at a level beyond Kliff and Hydra was a Megadeath Class Gear underneath Justice’s power.
My thoughts on the matchups?
vs. Assassin. They’re gonna die fairly easily.
x
vs. Lancer. Anti-regen would be a quick problem but Sol’s AoE would be too much.
x
vs. Caster. Just Caster and minions result in a quick death for Caster. Caster’ Cthulhu monster might be a bigger problem, though what Sol can do is just wait for it to get on the ground and then incinerating it with his best attacks.
x
vs. Berserker. Sol can dodge and survive bullets from assault rifles. The problem here is the volume of fire w/ Berserker’s prana corruption. Still, Sol still has a massive strength advantage. It won’t take long before Berserker goes down quickly.
x
vs. Rider. That army and Chariot won’t last long.
x
vs. Saber. The issue here is whether or not Sol can survive an Excaliblast. Or the fact that Saber may not have time to use it. Sol wins in a straight-up sword-fight though he has no true answer against Avalon.
x
vs. Gilgamesh. He should be able to beat him fairly easily but fuck the Vimana. That should be banned in this matchup.
Also, Gilgamesh has no true feats of destroying a world. What Ea does have though, is something that pretty much ignores the laws of the natural world, piercing through defenses like they’re not even there.
x
Rumoured is that Avalon would not be able to hold up against it at full-power. Full-power being something that Gilgamesh never actually used against her. Avalon is above the five true magics yet one of said true magics is specifically that of parrallel worlds.
x
It’s pretty much just point and destroy with varying times with how thorough one wants something destroyed.
@Cypher
At #21:
So Lancer, Saber, and Gilgamesh are the ones Sol may have to worry about, mono-a-mono the most, compared to the others, right?
Interesting.
At #22:
So in other words, either way Sol may have to play it smart and this may be one of the few times its better to play it safe than play it sorry in facing Gilgamesh, right?
The weapon itself has Potential, but if there’s any legit good reason why its Potential isn’t shown with the full brunt of it, its probably for the same kind of reason we don’t get to see Cubia(dot hack universe) attempt to warp reality outside of the place where ‘he’?/it was born, actually.
@Cypher
Avalon isn’t in this It’s Fate/Zero she doesn’t have it in Fate/Zero. Gilgamesh destroyed a Reality Marble in Fate/Zero so yeah he has a feat of destroying a world.
@Cross
Is speed equalized too because if it isn’t doesn’t he still speed blitz.
@Your Majesty
Why not?
Because then you’re unfairly hitting this Sol character with the Nerf bat. If you have to gimp one side or boost the other, it’s a failed match up. That’s my 2¢
@Primus + Your Majesty
What if the match were to take place in Chitchen Itza(The Dresden Files) or somewhere in the No More Heroes Universe?
Locations are vital, after all, I wonder what’s the most Supernaturally attuned location Italy has to offer, for that matter.
“I think I’m going to hate you for this match up”
-
I didn’t suggest this match though
-
“How Hypersonic+ is this guy high end or low end?”
-
idk, but he should be in the double digit hypersonic range or w/e
Cool, Guilty Gear gets a debut.
I’d like to see Johnny and May in a fight.
Actually, Guilty Gear was already debutted in a universe fight against Soul Caliber afaik
@Stealth
Yeah I’m sorry I thought you posted it. Still kind of mad at you but only because this guy really is too bad ass. I mean Mach 300 what the hell?
“Yeah I’m sorry I thought you posted it”
-
Don’t worry about it
-
“Still kind of mad at you but only because this guy really is too bad ass”
-
Why would you be mad at me though?
-
“I mean Mach 300 what the hell?”
-
Mach 300? I heard of this on the OBD or w/e, but where is this coming from?
OBD I can’t find anything else for his speed. I can be mad at you because you kept bragging about him and now here he is kick all kinds of ass.
“I can be mad at you because you kept bragging about him”
-
Well, Sol Badguy is a fucking badass. Plus everyone has their favorites /shrug
True I’m just feeling petty because two of my favorites got stomped.
And who would those be?
Berserker and Gilgamesh.
Ah, m’kay then
-
Meh, i’m just wondering who’d be some other good match for Sol Badguy….
@Your Majesty
I apologize for this unwitting shot in the foot on my part.
Not Once, not Twice, but Thrice did I manage to shoot myself in the foot!
I’d ask if the Footshootings can pile up in match suggestion terms, but I don’t want to compound my bad luck in doing the asking, so I won’t. ;_;’
Not sure if Sol Badguy vs Ragna the Bloodedge(BlazBlue) would be a good idea(at least not yet) at this time, considering that BlazBlue: ChronaPhantasma isn’t out, yet to help determine if eventually the match ought to be planned out or not.
I know one thing’s for sure:
Next up, I’ll have to attempt to look to see if I can get Ky Kiske a match on the site yet, I wonder if Jin Kisaragi(like his brother Ragna, hailing from BlazBlue) should be squared off against either Ky Kiske(whom funny enough kind of reminds me of a certain guy named Jason*No I’m not talking Voorhees, here*, except Ky was shown to us 1st and recalls his past just fine, thank you very much!At least insofar as his Element’s Electricity, at least!) or Vergil of Devil May Cry!-fame, actually*
1.) Fun fact: In addition to the fact that at least some of Ragna’s descriptions are a shout-out to Sol Badguy, being a spiritual successor to the guy in some respects in fact, he kind of reminds me of the ‘Former’ Terror of Death, actually.(At least via physical descriptions minus the seperate eye-colors and such, granted it wasn’t always the case, but still…)
2.) Funner fact: Sol Badguy happened to be a Cyborg who used to be a Genetically-’Normal’ Human as far as I recalled, while I can’t recall exactly why he became a Cyborg, I know that he did used to serve in the Holy Orders(AKA for Dresden Files Buffs, think a group not too different from the White Council, except while its not wrong to think some of them as Magic Knights, have them added with the fact they’re actually trained in Rock n’ Roll Kombat and would thus have an overall bigger potential Edge in Genre-Savviness, funny enough!
) but had reasons(some of them connecting with Justice, an out of control Gear that Sol had to put down in the 1st game if his days in the Holy Orders say anything!) for leaving the Orders.
3.) Funnest fact: For Dresden Files buffs out there, remember someone like Dresden’s Late Ma’s Old Man in Ebenezer Mccoy?Yeah, it turns out that Guilty Gear had someone who’s more or less pretty much thought of as a Spiritual Predecessor of sorts to Mccoy of the White Council, Kliff Underson, anyone?Yeah, he’s that Badass!I might consider a match with Mccoy vs Underson in mind sometime if it has potential to be a good match, and if any Dresden Files or Guilty Gear buffs are willing to assist.
Can the facts of common grounds noted and such get any funner than this?
I hope they do, but I don’t know if they will.
*random idea*

Sol Badguy vs Sanguinius?
Just asking, won’t Gilgamesh’s Enkidu count for anything? It’s of course unbreakable(unless he wants it to break), and in the description, it says “numerous segments instantly appear to wrap around the opponent in order to bind them for his projectiles”(stress on ‘instantly’)
of course also with Vimana…
If he can keep up with Sol, who is easily in the Mach double digit range and pull this off before Sol speedblitzes him and punches him with a city buster, or uses a gunflame on him (skyscraper buster btw), then he might be able to subdue Sol
Sol Badguy? Who the hell comes up with such stupid names?
Um, dude? You’re called TrashMan, you’re not one to talk.
@Proto-Mind:
“Sol Badguy? Who the hell comes up with such stupid names?”
-
Eh . . . You’re one to talk.
@Cross
It’s okay it happens to the best of us.
“Sol Badguy? Who the hell comes up with such stupid names?”
-
Coming from the guy who’s username is “TrashMan” lmao
-
And Sol Badguy is awesome
TrashMan is a fighter pilot callsing. Nickname. The one who takes out the trash (enemy)
It’s not a name.
So yeah…given your brilliant nicks I fail to see the point.
It does not stop TrashMan from sounding crappy.
Sol Badguy sounds awesome.
It’s not his real name either.
It has no relevance to this fight.
BlazBlue would have been better instead of Sol.
@Laharl
I shot myself in the foot, yet again!
(Facepalms)
I wonder if I should go for BlazBlue vs the Fate/Stay Night universe, next, because I don’t know if Ragna + Jin could hold their own against Dante + Vergil from Devil May Cry, yet, either. T_T’
would love to argue for the servants but sol wins hes to fast from what i hear elsewhere
servants are only mid-tier in nasuverse.
Ado Edem Might have been able to win alas he has no speeed feats( he did tank a point blank solarflare from a mini sun that razed an entire continent)
Sol Badguy has legit feats in the gigaton range (OBD calced Sol’s destructive feat in Cypher’s scan to be at least 8 gigatons or something) which is mountain+ level or above
-
Still dk where the Mach 300 thing came from
saber has 100 teraton excalibur calcs on the obd ill see if i can find them
posting this first
this is saber atomizing casters 100 ft tall extrademensonal evil god(cthulhu thing) and iirc most of the fyuuki city river
from fate zero novel
“Light galloped.
Light roared.
The prana, accelerated by the factor of the released dragon, became a streak of light, a swirling and surging torrent that devoured the sea demon together with the dark night.
A silent scream rose within the river water evaporating in an instant, as every single atom composing the body of the giant sea demon that had been the embodiment of terror were exposed to the scorching impact.
But in the center of the sea demon being completely burnt to cinders, within a fortress of bulky defiled flesh, Caster simply wordlessly watched over this moment of white blinding annihilation which had stolen his heart.
“…O, Oh…”
Yes – it was unmistakeably a light he had once seen in the distant past.
Had he not once been a knight who pursued and rode after this light?
The recollection, vivid and utterly unclouded, brought Gilles back to the distant past.
It was the light that shone through the stained-glass windows of the great cathedral, at the long-awaited coronation ceremony of King Charles. It was a white brilliance, a blessing of joy that wrapped around Jeanne and Gilles, who had attended as saviors and national heroes, together with the ars nova melody.
Aah, there’s no mistake – it was this light.
He could still remember it. Even now, after his fall into brutality, his entire body smeared with corruption, the memories of that day did not fade at all and remained carved into his heart.
Even if his end was stained with humiliation and revulsion, no matter how much he may be held in contempt – the glory in his past alone cannot be denied or overturned, for it was in his heart.
Something that even God or Fate will never be able to take away or violate…
Gilles de Rais was dumbstruck by the clarity of his own rapidly falling tears.
What was he confused with? Had he lost sight of something?
If he could just look back and admit it – wouldn’t that be enough?
“Just what, have I…”
Before this murmur, directed at no one, left his mouth, all matter was brought into another world, annihilated by the white light.”
“Sol Badguy has legit feats in the gigaton range (OBD calced Sol’s destructive feat in Cypher’s scan to be at least 8 gigatons or something) which is mountain+ level or above”
-
Actually, it was 84 gigatons. Which is easily mountain+ level or above
-
“saber has 100 teraton excalibur calcs on the obd ill see if i can find them”
-
Thats like, small county+ level or something. Best I heard was town+ level blasts for her

84 gigaton calc for Sol
-
You guys think its legit?
“Thats like, small county+ level or something. Best I heard was town+ level blasts for her”
it comes from atomizing casters extrademensional god, i
ll eventualy get around to posting the calcs when i find them

would sol vs ragna work?
@DemonicBounty
It may have a shot at working correctly, it may not have, I don’t know, I’m trying to get Ragna the Bloodedge another match-up on factpile itself before we get down to that department.
In no small amount of respects, whenever I gotta think to myself on Dresden(from the Dresden Files and also a recent FPA winner before Soma Cruz joined the ranks!) vs Haseo(dot hack universe) I often get reminded of Sol vs Ragna in some way or another, dunno why it happens either.
I would expect nada short of Ragna being stuck in fighting an uphill confrontation against a Magi-tech Cyborg like Sol, which kind of reminds me of the above match where the latter has to fight an uphill fight against an enemy with more EXP in the former side.
How do the parallels keep popping up?
I don’t know.
What I do know is that it has potential, but we might wanna see whether or not Fate/Stay Night vs BlazBlue might fare better 1st before we can get into considerations for Sol vs Ragna, methinks.
Well based off what I’ve heard he could probably beat Rider and Saber. Unless Saber hit him with her Noble Phantasam. Gilgamesh can’t take him. I’ll elaborate if anyone wants to know why I think he stops at Gilgamesh?
Whoops meant to say Gilagmesh would crush Sol, Based upon what I know. Please ignore what I said above it was a mistake in my writing.
I’d say Sol should stop beating himself up over the tiniest things like he was doing throughout (1:00-:2:30), but then I’d risk coming across as denoting his Badassitude!
So I’ll refrain from doing so.
In the same vid at a later date, they also had That Man Teach Sol how to not get deleted by his own hands due to a defensive reality-warping mechanism of some kind.
