A search and destroy match that pits Omega Red (Marvel) against Halo‘s Blue team assisted by a platoon of ODST and a 4 man squad of Elites.
The match will take place in NY during Rush Hour. They have to take Omega Red dead or alive without causing too much collateral damage.
Omega Red isn’t hampered by this and will go all out. There will be numerous weapon drops through out the the match area which all combatants are allowed access to.
What would happen?
All I know about Omega Red is that he can drain life force and negate regen or something with his carbonadium with his tentacles and can regenerate like Wolverine. And thats about it

I really know nothing about the Elites or the Blue Team, so for now I’ll go with Omega Red. I mean, he has beaten Wolverine more than once, which is pretty impressive.
I think the ODST’s are gonna drop pretty fast (no pun intended). As for the Spartan II’s and Elites I’m putting my initial bets on them, but considering I know very little about Omega Red, I’m not making any assumptions just yet.
Omega has Regen and that metal he has is a poor man’s adamantium. It’s indestructible for all intents and purposes. Plus yeah he may not be stronger than a Spartan (idk) but he can put some juice through those cables of his. Can halo armor be electrically overloaded?

Its EMP hardened, Omega Red no doubt has Marvel’s hax electricity, so… maybe? I think we need to know what weaponry Team 2 is carrying, because if its just standard load outs, its probably not going to end well for them. Even with heavy weapons I’m not sure they can pull it off, but I’ll wait for some more feats for Omega Red.
id give it to blue team as long as they were given their choice weapons like Linda taking the sniper and so on. i think they would be able to strategically contain him and possibly take him alive given that they have access to elites and odsts. also given i don’t know a whole lot about omega red.

They got their standard loads with rocket launchers as well. The ODST have their standard load but with explosives as well. They also have electrified nets to try and capture Red. The Elites have their rifles and swords as well as 1 having a Fuel Rod cannon.
Im going with omega red on this one.
He has super human speed, stamina, agility, strength. His suit of armor can with stand a blast that was so strong it throw him several miles with out sustaining injury. His body releases a pheromones that kills anyone close to him, this pheromone can also be transferred though his tentacles. Plus his body also regenerates damage. He is a master at hand to hand combat, betting characters like Iron Man, Cable, and Wolverine.
Also he can absorb life force from other people through his tentacles, which makes all his stats increase. So given the fact that its rush hour in a city with over 1.5 million people in it during the day, he can become as strong as he wants.
They got their standard lots with rocket launchers as well. The ODST be inflicted with their standard load but with explosives as well. They furthermore be inflicted with electrified nets to try and capture Red. The Elites be inflicted with their rifles and swords as well as 1 having a Fuel bar cannon.

Unless ReDrum says anything else, both Spartans and ODST’s standard loadouts include a Sniper Rifle.

The powerdrain works through his tentacles. All omega red has to do is snare someone in them to drain there life energy and transfer it to himself.
Can anything deflect energy swords?
Do these sniper rifles have enough power to get through his armor (which only adamantium can cut)?

Outside of other energy swords (and horrible inaccurate Halo Legends Spartan Laser), and what appears to be hard light shields, there really isn’t anything in the Haloverse that deflects energy swords.

About the sniper rifles: The UNSC use 14.5x114mm anti-material rounds in their snipers, the Covenant use particle beams. The UNSC sniper round at least does little more than scratch Hunter armor. Hunter armor is the same as covenant starship armor, covenant starship armor is vastly outclassed by Marvel Adamantium.

The whole point I was trying to make with the Hunter’s shield was if Covenant armor can stop it, then Adamantium can too, easily.
Plasma can melt just about any thing so dont get to cocky about that adimantium just yet there is still much to be discussed.

NLF. That’s horse shit. Plasma cannot melt through just about anything don’t be a dumb ass. Adamantium has survived being plunged into the sun and supernovas. Direct Hits from nuclear missiles. Punches from WWH his strongest incarnation thus far. Nothing in Halo can even scratch the chrome so get that idea out of your head right now.
Anyway I don’t even know why I suggested this. Omega Red trashes them. He’s a class 50 who can casually throw tanks with 1 arm and tank direct hits from rocket launchers. Maybe I’ll give them Kharn as well just for the lols.

They are airborne. However he also has something called the Death Factor that can be channeled through his tentacles and he uses this to drain people of their life force thus making him stronger.

Death typically happens within seconds or minutes or incapacitates depending on what he wants and if the opponents has a healing factor or not. Normal humans die in seconds while people like Wolverine can last for hours or days.

What the fuck do you think? I answered your question. I said people like you and I who possess no healing factors are killed in seconds. People with healing factors last longer. Spartans and Elites don’t possess healing factors on par with Wolverine’s thus they’d die in seconds from exposure.

It all depends on how much energy he has in his system at the time. The more people he drains the tougher, stronger, and faster he becomes. Hence why he’s able to tank rocket launchers with a smile without budging. So since this is NY during Rush Hour his death factor and pheromones would have drained everyone in the immediate vicinity of him making him strong enough to take anything Halo team can bring to the table. Hence why I said I did not think this match through since no ground based opponent in Halo stands a chance against Omega Red.

Due to the fact that omega red will have absorbed a tremendous amount of life energy and also due to the fact that he will have numerous hostages I don’t think halo will come out on top for this one. The win goes to Omega Red.

Pretty much irrelevant for Team Halo, because everyone (well, except the Elites if they don’t have specialized armor) has environmentally sealed armor, with air filters that allow them to survive in toxic areas.

Impressive, sort of. My only concern is for their Rocket Launcher technology and “High-Explosives.” When it is impressive that your rocket launcher can take out a rabid rhino (A high-caliber rifle, or the Tranq darts in Halo, is enough for that), you need to find a new explosive material.

I’m going to guess minutes or hours, SPARTANs and Elites typically aren’t exactly regular humans (Especially Elites).

Ehh, more or less. Certianly not on the level of Wolverine (Like wtf I’ll just grow my head back no probs), but they do have higher-than-average healing rates, as well as metabolic functions that work far more effieciently than humans. so my guess, somewhere around 30-40 minutes.

Shitty space suits? I mean, Chief’s armor can simply cut off the air flow, with 90 minutes of fresh air. 90 minutes is much longer than team Halo is going to survive anyways.
