Is Asura still regarded as FTL beyond his base form? I know that he’s regarded as a planet buster but that’s nothing new to Thor here considering his past battles with the likes of Beta Ray Bill and other comparable beings.

If Thor has his Rune King-self to contend with(as I hoped we discussed to consider in there) would that mean We’d have to use Mantra Asura in kind, pretty much?
From what I have heard of Asura on this site; He retains his abilities in his base form, so I guess he is still FTL and a star buster. And I just did some research and from what I found Thor lost his Odin Force fixing his hammer. I’m not sure if he currently has it or not.
it might be a hard fight, but i think that thor wins this in the end. he has more hax abilities than asura.

What about that crazy “Nine tails Asura” (i’m only calling it that for lack of a better name, and that is what it reminds me of) form? I mean, it single handedly destroyed Olga’s fleet (for the most part) and nearly destroyed itself by releasing so much Mantra.

Asura has taken planet busting attacks unscathed and can increase his size to the size of earth, he wins via speed blitz.
Well planet busting attacks don’t really matter to Asura seeing how he can tank star and supernovas anyway I can see this fight taking a lot out of Thor but he would win in the end. Unless Thor has shit defense what the most punishment he’s ever taken?

The first 10 minutes is him destroying planets, stars, and a supernova. He breaks a dimension at 19 minutes. He fights Creator form for the rest of the video. Also in the first ten minutes he dodges FTL lasers and flies FTL to Chakra at the center of the universe.

In the video he was tanking blast left and right I mean the opening his him tanking a planet busting ftl laser and suffering no damage. He then tanks everything Chakra throws at him and then destroys them.

That didn’t even cross my mind. I was busy laughing at how lame Hawkeye looked. Let’s say hypothetically that Thor does survive that bomb. So that would put Thor far higher than anything Asura could dish out, considering Asura is a star buster.

That wasn’t a durability feat for Thor, it was a durability feat for the forcefields he can use to protect himself from enemies. So I doubt asura can harm him when his forcefield is activated

Wow I never thought Thor would pussy out against the Hulk. Well transmutation does not occur in Asura’s Wrath so I don’t know. But would it matter if he shrinks Asura seeing how he can jut increase his size to become bigger then earth.
Thor wins after a long hard battle gets bloodied and bruised then has drinks with Asura’s spirit in Valhalla
Hard one, but isnt Thor very overpower when he go for the kill, because the battles he have whit the Hulk, Thor was holdingback (86%), then in the las battle of him vs Hulk, Thor got serious & for the kill (100%), and he stomped the Hulk like if the Hulk was nothing, The hulk couldnt even hit Thor in that battle.
There for, If Thor gets serious, then Goodbey Asura.

Your math fails because you compared the Hulk to Asura. Asura is far more powerful then Hulk. I’m not saying Asura can beat Thor but don’t say Thor wins because he can beat the Hulk because that’s nothing special for Cosmic tier Marvel characters.

Thing is, Beta Ray Bill almost killed Galactus by destroying any planet he tried to feed on. Even though his intent was in the right place, the means he used made him unable to wield Stormbreaker temporarily until he conceded that Galactus, though terrible, was necessary.

He really doesn’t have an anger problem that’s the funny part. He only mad at the people who kidnapped his daughter, framed him and killed his wife. He cares about the innocent and protects them. He only attack those who cause the people he cares for pain if anything he should be worthy enough. I mean he’s not Kratos who’s just an asshole to everyone.

What sins he’s fought to protect the planet and kill the people that kidnapped his daughter. He killed god knowing it would be the end of his life to save the world from being destroyed. Asura seems to be one of the few characters in his verse to risk everything others. I mean he turned down the job of being god because he won’t stand for anyone to pray to him.

Also, I think Asura would be able to use Mjolnir, since, as said before, everything he did was to save his daughter and (eventually) the whole planet. But I think instead of a hammer, they should just give him brass (or whatever overpowered elements Marvel has) knuckles.
