Here is a classic match featuring perhaps the two most famous wizards of all time: Gandalf from the Lord of the Rings and Merlin from the tales of King Arthur. Personally, I really enjoyed the Excalibur movie (even today), but I think Merlin would be over matched against Gandalf in either form.

Confession time: I’ve played neither of these games, but I do have Mass Effect on the list. So, with that being said, from the research I was able to gather, I think the Geth would win eventually, but not without taking heavy losses.

So here have a battle of heavyweights that would prove to be a fun match. At the risk of feeling L-W’s wrath (through logical reasoning on his part), I would pick Richard Rahl for the victor in this match.

Yes, I know Thor is a god, as well as Kratos. I know certain characters can only be killed with special weapons. While all the characters possess great strength and intelligence, I think it’s Rahl’s instincts to solve the problem instead of worrying about what the effects are would carry him to victory. He’d think of ways to temporarily outsmart his other opponents while buying him time to figure out what he needed to do in order to win.

So, I’ve drawn my line in the sand. What say you?

Here’s a fun match that could take awhile for the outcome to be determined. While MC would have an advantage at long range, up close, I think Selene would have the upper hand.

I think after a classic fight with tides shifting from one side to the next, I think Selene may actually win this one.

I can’t believe it’s taken this long to get this match produced. I suppose for this duel we’re trying to determine which one is worse?

So, I know it’s not exactly a fair fight since the new one has had the benefit of more seasons and more budget. But it makes for an interesting match – Which series was better? The current one wouldn’t exist if it weren’t for the original – but it’s popularity has grown with the new series in play.

Here comes a match that matches two villains against each other. Since I know more about Gannondorf, I’m biased to say that he wins without knowing all of the powers that Jack of Blades has.
