Set up any scenario you want, if you think any of the combatants would pair up or not – The question is, between Kratos, Master Chief, Superman, Lobo, Kharn, Cyrpto 137, Goku and Chuck Norris, who emerges from this epic match? and most importantly, HOW DO THEY DO IT?

As I understand it, Goku fused with Shenron and is now the overseer of Earth, making him immortal. Given that he and Superman are essentially fighting for the same thing, they would probably team up at some point, rendering this match a tie, either between Supes and Kakarot, having successfully fended off the greatest threat to planet earth in ever, or between Lobo and Kharn, having made Earth completely devoid of life in their battle and proving unable to destroy one another. Crypto’s outmanuevered and out gunned, Chuck is a human and instantly and horribly murdered, MC is turned into soup with MJOLNIR, and Kratos, despite putting up one hell of a fight, proves killable in the end. Unless someone gets a hold of kryptonite this leaves us with four titans duking it out basically forever. I know nowhere near enough about Lobo or Kharn to call that ending.

No. GT is not canon. It was not made by Akira Toriyama therefore by FP rules it never happened, and thus making your point null. Heck, Akira Toriyama said it himself that GT was a side-story.
On Lobo: He’s banned from both Heaven and Hell making him a true immortal, he can regenerate from a pool of his own blood, has FTL reaction, amongst other things that allowed him to go toe to toe with SUperman. Also, Goku is not that much of a beast when comparing him to Superman. Superman moves way beyond the speed of light, has the strength to move the planet and can tank stellar and planetary explosions. Can Goku do that? I mean he has been show to take damage from non-planet busting attacks, whereas Supes just shrugs them off and rips off his opponents face….Get your act together and stop spitting nonsense

Krypto has a ton of gadgets, and a few vehicles. He has a chance of doing some real damage.

Boils down to Supes and Lobo, everyone else may as well be aids patients.

I’d have to go with Goku. Superman would last longer than the rest of the fighters, but no one has enough power to take down Goku. In SSJ1 form Goku could wipe out the whole planet effortlessly. In SSJ3 he’d eradicate the universe and escape before dieing with instant transmission. Goku takes the win here.

@StealthRanger Putting the Goku part aside for a sec, there’s no way Lobo could defeat Superman. Though I also only know him from the DCAU, but from there he didn’t look nearly as impressive as Superman. When he’s not holding back Superman could defeat Lobo pretty easily. Just because Lobo’s immortal doesn’t mean he can’t be destroyed.
As for Goku he could take down Superman easily. It is sad that Goku lost on this site, and I’ll probably go comment there soon. Even if Superman is somehow able to take on Goku in SSJ form there’s no way he can handle SSJ2.
Goku has instant transmission and can teleport rings around Goku. He also has god level speed and his strength is on par with Superman.
In SSJ3 form he can totally obliterate Superman. There’s just no way Superman would even have a chance against him.

There’s no way for Goku to realize Superman is getting his powers from the sun unless Superman explicitly states such. The only known way to kill Superman, to my knowledge, is with Kryptonite. Superman strikes harder, and is faster. He may be sadly lacking in energy projection but his breath attack, as we’ve seen with the sneeze, is able to release powerful enough energy to pulverize star systems… even if that panel made no fucking sense what so ever. He went to ANOTHER universe? Really? And his sneeze, which requires air for both projection and for sound, is destroying the solar system? The best I can figure is his lungs alone at max power can release shock waves when they contract hard and fast enough. Superman also -survived- that kind of energy being shot out of him. So we know he can shrug off Goku’s best attacks short of the Spirit Bomb for a while.. and said spirit bomb will be useless anyways due to Superman’s nature. Goku does have better martial arts skills, despite being slower and not as physically strong, but Superman has a DAMN lot of experience which I think may make up for his lack of formal training. There’s no way Goku can win with out Kryptonite.

no he’s not bro. a good example for combat speed would be when Wally West fought Zoom II all across the Earth multiple times in less than a second since they were exchanging punches and attacks the whole time.
